The start of something new

Tonight is the night

Your phone dings waking you up from your sleep.

"Ughhh"

You fumble with your phone trying to look at the message.

'Hey there's a party tonight and some of your year is coming. Are you?'

"Oh my god. He wants to know if I'm gonna be there. Does this mean he wants to see me?" You whisper to yourself.

'I wasn't planning on. Why?'

You answer hoping his answer makes you happy.

'Just thought it would be nice to see you'

"Ahhhhh!" You shout.

"Oh my god! He wants to see me!" You start dancing and cheering completely forgetting to answer josh.

'Awe that's sweet. I would go I just don't have a way of getting there' you answer saying the truth knowing your mum wouldn't be able to take you because neve and bailey.

'Oh I just got my drivers license I could take you there and back' he says and all your sadnesses fades and you have another mini party.

"Wait. I can't go alone."

'That would be great thank you so much. Can I bring a friend?' You ask crossing your fingers.

'Sure. I have two spare seats'

'Thank you so much!'

You grab your phone and call Becca.

"Hello wrinkly mango" she answers with a smile in her voice.

"Josh basically just invited me to a party and said I could bring you!!!"  You rush out while shouting.

"Yassss get in there morgan. This is the night!" Becca shouts equal excited for you.

"I'll be at your in 15 minutes then I can help you get ready" she says before hanging up.

15 minutes later you open your door to see Becca stood there grinning.

"Let's get to work!" She cheers walking in.

Earlier josh messaged you saying he will pick you up at 7:30pm and it's 4 pm at the moment so you had a while to get ready.

"I'm gonna have a bath" you say to Becca walking into the bathroom while she walks into your room.

"Okay I'll set everything up"

Two hours later you and Becca are done.

Your dark hair is curled and your makeup is done perfect. You have a smoky eye with a bit of good to make your green eyes stand out, you have contour and hightlighter defining you face and your lips are a light pink gloss"

Becca left her blonde hair straight and has also done her makeup.

Next was clothes.

Becca helped you decide on a back mini dress that clings to your body and matched it with some black heels. You add earrings, a necklace and left your ring on.

Becca decided on a tight royal blue dress with black heels and a necklace she always wears.

"Damn girl you looking good" Becca says grinning at you before dragging you downstairs.

Knock knock

You take a deep breathe and swing the door open only for the air to leave your lungs when you see josh in front you.

Holy shit.

He looks so good.

His hair is styled messily as usual and he's wearing a black button down shirt with the top few buttons undone and the sleeves rolled up. He has black jeans on that cling to his thighs.

"Let's get this show on the road" Becca smiles looping her arm through yours.

You let Becca walk you to the car before climbing in after her.

"Hey" Peter and ibraham say at the same time.

"Hi" you say while Becca just smiles back at them.

Let's hope tonight goes well you think to yourself looking up at the mirror to catch a glimpse of josh only to see he's already looking at you.
