Minutes before the six girls exit every venue, I go to the parking area a tad faster than the manager to do my surveillance.

Tires-full.

Breaks-engaging.

Chassis-clear.

Windows-intact.

Doors-locked.

Interior- untouched.

No unfamiliar fingerprint.

No unusual smell.

I do this routine ever so swiftly even the top-of-line CCTV cameras are unable to detect my movements. Not a single flinch can be captured. Maybe if they become suspicious enough to zoom-in, they just might see a droplet or two of sweat that break out of my forehead after every detailed inspection. It was impossible however, for suspicion to emerge from a camera feed that only showed a person, a verified staff at that, in a 2-second standstill in front of van before heading to the sliding door. It is actually disappointing for someone of my caliber to even need 2 seconds to do such an uncomplicated job. Nonetheless, I can choose to finish the check in a nanosecond if not only for my personal desire to be extra thorough. This is just one of the many responsibilities attached to my job. These six girls will remain unharmed, unscathed wherever they go. No one will get hurt. At least not under my watch for the next 365 days.
