{A.N.: this one is one of my favorite. Idk, it's a little special to me. I wrote it on Christmas eve, that's just how awesome my Christmas Eve party was xD anyway, hope you enjoy! xx}
Imagine...
You're walking down the street, a few miles away from your house, determined to get home before that blizzard they announced on the weather forecast this morning does. As you walk, careful not to trip on ice, you listen to your favorite band and hum along to the song. Suddenly, you feel a hand on your shoulder pushing you to the ground. You fall but luckily don't get hurt.
"I'm so sorry!! Oh my god, how clumsy I am, I-I... Hey," the responsible for your embarrassing trip tells you. "It's alright. You okay?" You ask, worried because he obviously fell too.
"Yeah, yeah I'm great. My name's Brendon. Brendon Urie. I think we're in the same biology class," he tells you, whiping the snow from his jacket. "Oh, yeah you're that dude who gets kick ass grades all the time. Nice meeting you, Brendon," you say, shaking his hand. 'Cmon. Nobody does that anymore,' you think to yourself.
"So... Where were you going that got you in such a hurry?" You ask him, because he was actually running when he hit you. "Nowhere actually. Well, home. But I was just running because I was bored and decided to go for a run outside before that blizzard burries us in the snow for centuries," he tells you, laughing.
"On Christmas Eve? Like, don't you have anything better to do? Friends, family, anyone to be with?" You ask, shocked. "Nope. No friends, I never had any. And my family's gone for the holidays. They left me the house and 50 bucks for a week. Could be worse," he says with a wink.
"Haha, right," you say, running out of things to tell him. As weird as it is to say it, you don't want this conversation to end anytime soon. After a few seconds of hesitation, you ask, "wanna come to my place? My parents are gone too and I really didn't feel like spending Christmas Eve with my weird ass family so I stayed here. We can be alone together like the weird ass motherfuckers we are," you laugh. "Yeah, that'd be great. Is your house far from here? It's starting to snow already," he says, pointing up to the sky. Indeed, tiny snowflakes started to fall down, slowly coloring Brendon's hair with white.
"Corner of 4th and Freemont. Like 5 minutes from here," you tell him. "Corner of 4th and Freemont it is!" He says, smiling.
You walk, talking about very random things as Brendon's favorite flavour of ramen noodles and your first time getting on the plane. Once you get to your house, you both take your jackets off and walk to the living room, where a warm fire is waiting for you in the fireplace. You sit on the couch and watch tv for an hour or so. You don't really realize it, although maybe you do, but both of you slowly get closer to each other and, within minutes, he's only a few inches away from you.
"There's something I'd like to ask you," you tell him. 'Oh god. What am I doing?' You ask yourself.
"Anything," he says, looking at you right in the eyes. His beautiful chocolate brown eyes almost make you forget about what you had to tell him. 'Focus.'
"Bren, do you wanna stay the night? Like, you don't have to, but I'd love it if you did," you say, blushing.
"I'd love to," he whispers, taking your hand. Your fingers fit perfectly in each other's hand, his warm skin feeling soft and comforting on yours. You get closer to him as he puts an arm around your shoulder, pulling you against his chest. You rest your head on his shoulder and you can hear his heart beating steadily. He kisses your forehead and you slowly put your head up, now facing him.
You smile and put a soft kiss on his lips, creating sparkles inside you. Your heart floats, along with your head and you feel good, in love.
"Honey, I really like you. I have ever since you entered that biology class the first time, your eyes are the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen in my life, you're beautiful, funny, you're basically perfect. Will you... Willyoubemygirlfriend?" He asks, barely able to finish his sentence.
"Yes, Brendon. I'll be your girlfriend," you tell him, smiling. He smiles back and puts a kiss on your lips.
********* NARRATOR *********
After that night, three feet of snow fell on your city. Brendon had to stay with you for four days and your parents only got back a week later. After this long Christmas week, you saw Brendon everyday. He came and visit you whenever he could and you sneaked out of the house every night to meet him at the park. On your 5th anniversary, he proposed and you happily accepted, tears streeming down your cheeks. Two years later, your first son, Zack, was born and three years after that, your second little boy, David, was born. You and Brendon traveled to Europe and to Australia and had the best time ever. Brendon became famous, he played in a band. Their name is not important in this story, but you can believe it had something to do with discos. They played in huge venues, making crowds go wild every night. You always stayed true to your first true love and he always did too. Brendon and you stayed together for years and years and you, reader, can decide however your story ends. You can stay by his side until the very end, make him the father of your third child, maybe a little girl this time. Maybe will you go to Mexico and have the best tacos you ever had. Maybe you can become his band's guitarist, have a great carreer in the music industry with the man you love. No matter how you end this story, it will be perfect, because it always is when it starts with a white Christmas.
