Dad's Coming

"You should go shopping for a dress for tonight",my mom says.

"Why" I ask.

"Your father coming back from Europe and the neighbors are coming for dinner."

Ugh, my mom and first impressions mean everything.

I fix Caden his favorite cereal with chocolate milk and head upstairs.

Blake POV
My mom comes barging in my room yelling saying how I need to make sure I am dressed nice tonight because we're going to Chloe house.
I think back to what I did last week and quickly yell at my mom "I'm not fucking going. I don't want to see her"
My mom tells me to shut up she already had what I'm wearing and I'm going no matter what.
I give up and tell my friends plans cancel tonight dinner tonight with parents friends.
After that I lay down and go to sleep

"Chloe go put this dress on." Brittany says.
"Brittany we've been here two hours I'm tired of trying dresses on " I tell her.
Brittany then starts yelling at me saying she " she doesn't care and to try to the dress on"
Nevertheless I go and try the dress on the dress was beautiful yet perfect.
I love the dress and it fit every curve perfectly. Brittany bursts in and yells "your so getting it no questions ask."
We go to buy the dress and then leave and go back home.
When I get home I run into house and to tell my mom I got the dress but the I see my dad and run into his arms.
He kisses me tells me how much he missed me and hands us presents he got from Europe.
My dad got me a beautiful expensive neckless.
I tell my dad thanks and how beautiful the neckless is then he tells me "not as beautiful as you "
