"Here you go, Mark, a dry-erase board and red marker for you to write what you wanna say. "Thanks, Amy 😄" He wrote happily. "This is great, my first moments on land and Amy gave me something to communicate with her!" He said internally. "I bet you fell from a boat and wound up at the shore, right?" Mark wanted to write down that he was the one who rescued her from drowning and that he is actually a merman. Instead he wrote, "Actually, I did and I got caught in the current having my head hit against a rock and lose consciousness." She felt worried. "Don't worry, I have a very hard head." He wrote calming her down. "That's a relief and I also can't wait to show you around."

"That's weird, I haven't heard from Mark in a while. He's probably still sulking about that whole "not being a human" thing." Jack said swimming over to Mark's place. "Hey Mark, you don't have to be sulking all day." No answer came from the other side. "I'll head to the cove to watch some humans to help cheer you up." Still nothing. This made Jack upset causing him to kick the door open with his green tailfin. "Mark where are you?!" He looked around there was so sign or tail of his friend. He yelled to the top of his lungs for his friend that the entire ocean heard him.

Mark and Amy spent time together and learned more about human things. She liked his antics like when he thought the fountain at the mall wanted to attack him and how he just jumped right in made her laugh even more. He definitely is the biggest dork to ever dork.
