Lunch Break

I was looking for Gabby after class and I suddenly felt a tug on my shirt. I jumped and hit Gabby in the face as a reflex, "I am so sorry but you gotta learn somehow." I said while laughing. "You bitch!" Gabby said while laughing also.

Gabby guided me over to her lunch table where there were 6 kids not including Gabby and I. They all looked up at me and started asking Gabby who I was. "Guys this is London a new student at our school." Gabby said reassuringly. I smiled my nice and innocent smile while everyone introduced themselves.

Kara who had nice long black hair with some shades of brown asked me to sit next to her. "I've seen you before walking through the halls today." she said "Oh really...I think I may have seen you also, you're really pretty." I said again showing my pearly white teeth. I wanted to get to know Kara more, but I wanted to save enough room to talk with everyone else.

"Hey, your in my math class, that was really cool the way you stood up to Joe!" A girl by the name of Emma said while shaking my hand. "Thanks he seems like a real asshole." I said confidently. Emma a nice medium haired girl who always seemed to trip over everything, she was shorter than me but really stood up for herself and her friends. "Your makeup is really nice and cute for you." I said sounding all fancy like. "Thank you so much no one has ever said that to me!" Emma said while hitting her friends on the head. "OUCH!!!!!" They all replied while holding their heads.

"Remember Emma your on the dance team so you're really strong!" Lizzie said while holding her head still. Lizzie a girl who can run for miles and thank god she was on the track team, she always says she can't go a day without running or something will happen and I did not want to know what that meant. "London you look really strong, do you lift?" Lizzie asked. "If you mean lift the tab off the Oreo package!" I said while laughing along with everyone. "No no I mean like do-" I cut her off. "Yea but really only three times a week, but I work off my legs a lot."I said. "Oh okay again you look really strong, you should try the track team out!" Lizze said while holding up a flyer.

"Oh Lizzie leave her alone nobody wants to join." Gabe said, "Fine and people do want to join!" Lizzie said with a pout. Gabe the funniest person to ever meet with great grades sometimes the teachers pet, I had language arts with him. "Hey London?" Gabe asked sounding scared. "Yea?" I asked sounding scared also, "I just want you to know... I'M GAY!!!!" Gabe screamed while laughing. "Woah thats awsome you go man!" I said.

"Hey I was going to say that why did you take my line Gabe!?" Cole asked while getting ready to slap Gabe. "Im sorry Cole I just hope I didn't scare London." Gabe said while blocking Cole's attack. "Oh no you're perfectly fine," I said reassuringly. Cole, a sweet looking boy at first, but once you get to know him everything you thought was wrong. "I'm gay also but I would like to be more clam about it." Cole said while staring down Gabe; I could see the fear in Gabe's eyes. "You're perfectly fine, I really don't mind," I said.

The bell dissmissed us to go to our next class and there was one girl that didn't talk to me or anyone, for that matter.
