"She must be perfect in time for the game's release..." What if the other players find out her secret? She must be flawless in order for that not to happen... I smile as I think about her character model. "Everyone will love you, Mei..." My perfect little daughter.

The AI was finally flawless and ready to be released to the public. I hope she survives the game. She is my best creation. Welcome, ING: Kasumi. To the world of Sword Art Online.

[Your pov]

Sword Art Online? What is that? Where am I? Eh?! Suddenly I start floating in the air, surrounded by a blue light. A term pops into my mind as it is happening. "Forced teleport." As I float back down to the ground, illuminated blue text appears in front of me. "Floor 47 | October 10th, 2024" I sigh, confused, and sit down in the field of flowers.
"Silica~chan! There you are! Let's start the side quest," I hear a male voice call out.
"See, I told you we would find each other better if we met up where we saved Pina!" Suddenly, advice came into my head, "Go talk to the Black Swordsman." I rise from the flowers and heed the advice.
"H-hello? I was wondering if you could help me..."
"Yeah, sure! My name is Kirito. What's your name?" I know from the voice in my head that this is him just being polite and he already knows my IGN, but I tell him anyway.
"My name is Kasumi. I got force teleported to this level when I'm nowhere near ready to be taking this place on. I don't have any teleportation crystals either..." I don't know how I'm explaining it, but the words just come to my head, like I knew them all along.
"Hmm. It must be a genuine glitch for once... Not everyone can have a perfect game. I would just give you one of my crystals, but if you want to, you can come with me and Silica for our side quest. You know, for the learning experience."

[Kirito's pov]

Her eyes just seem to light up as I say that. Gosh, she's beautiful. It's almost unnatural. I think back to the time Sachi died. I shouldn't be bringing her... I can't turn back now, though. I just have to promise myself that I will protect her with my life. I can't have someone else die on my watch. I watch her happy smile as she walks with us, then I turn to Silica~chan's death-bringing glower, almost as if to say, 'Why the heck does you invite her?!' All I give is a shrug in response.

[Your pov]

"Kirito~san, where are we going?" I ask, after walking for awhile.
"We're looking for a S-Class item from the darkest part of floor 47, which is hard because it's all sunny. Also, no need to use honorifics, Kasumi~cha- nevermind..." Kirito mumbles the end. I giggle which in turn makes Kirito's face red. Silica frowns at us and adds, "The item we are looking for is the key to making your own potions rather than having to buy all of them. It's guarded by a mini boss, so it shouldn't be so hard to defeat." I sigh then keep walking.
"There is is!" Kirito exclaims. I look ahead and see a purple container on a pedestal. "You stay here while Silica~chan and I go defeat the boss, okay Kasumi~chan?"
"Sure!" I reply and watch as they slice all the enemies. "Great job, guys!" I exclaim when they walk back over.
"Now all we need to do is get this back to the special NPC for a super reward!" Silica says.

"There he is, Silica~chan!" I say, pointing out the odd looking NPC with purple robes.
"Yep! That's him!" she replies, running over.
"Hello, Silica~san, did you get what I asked for?" The NPC says, holding out his hands.
"Yes I did, in fact, here it-"
"STOP!" I yell, causing Silica to look at me. Slowly, I give the NPC a hard poke in the arm. Then I waited for the NPC abuse warning I knew should be coming up in front of my screen. After a quick moment, I hear a chuckle from behind me.
"Hah, you are a very smart girl..." the NPC says with a wicked grin on his face. Kirito draws his sword slowly in case of attack. "I'm surprised that you found out before that swordsman behind you. I guess that now you've found out, we have to battle, don't we?" Suddenly, the NPC transformed into a towering figure with a flaming sword.
"STAND BACK!" Kirito yells, and I happily oblige. His strikes are fast and swift, as if he were fight for a cause. Soon, the boss was in the red on its last health bar. The boss brings his sword down for one last strike, and this time I know that Kirito can't dodge. The logical voice in my head tells me to stay back, but I listen to the other voice. The one that had been calling out to me the entire time I was in creation. I race over to Kirito with my sword drawn, ready to block the attack. Kirito's eyes widen as he sees me under the boss' sword, but I block it and manage to deal the last blow.
"How did you do that?" Kirito demands once we arrive back in the safe-zone.
"It's one of my natural abilities... As you can see, I am only at level 63, which is pretty low for being on floor 47," I respond.
"O-okay," Kirito says, still feeling wary. "Say," he starts as he gets an idea in his head, "you should meet Asuna, and maybe you could join Knights of the Blood Oath."
This time, it was my turn to be unsure. "M-maybe," I squeak.
"Okay, let's go!" he exclaims, eager to see, who I assume is, his girlfriend.
"Oh, b-bye Kirito~kun! Thanks for helping me..." Silica says, now a far distance away.
