i saw you sitting against the wall in the hallway crying while i was going to the bathroom.

panic attack.
why didn't you come up to me?
i wanted to but.. i had a feeling you wouldn't have wanted to see me
j. im not kidding, what did you do to me? we're fine. no one has ever really done anything to me that i can remember.
not now everly
then when? you're stressing me out. just tell me dammit
Everly groaned, hitting her head on her desk that she sat at. She spun around and glanced around her room, twirling her dirty blonde hair around her fingers. Finally, she spotted her wallet and grabbed it, tucking it into her jean pocket.
Whenever she was overly stressed, she would go out and get ice cream. It was April currently and the weather was just starting to warm up. Today was a particularly warm day, perfect for a scoop of vanilla.
Everly walked outside, trying to completely forget the day's events. Earlier, a kid named Zach, who had been picking on Everly for quite some time, went a little too far. He had grabbed her, slamming her frail body into the lockers before proceeding to punch her.
With the memory fresh in mind, Everly looked at one bruise that lay just above her belly button. It looked like a small galaxy and she suddenly felt the urge to draw little stars on it. She let go of the hem of her shirt and walked up to the counter of the shop.
The shop was called 'Ziggy's Ice Cream.' It was a small shop and you would eat outside where there were cute tables and chairs set up. She walked up to the small window to order, taking her wallet out in the process.
"one scoop of vanilla please." she spoke quietly, taking out a few dollars. The guy standing there nodded before taking her money.
"Keep the change," she added before grabbing her ice cream and walking to a little bench by a rose bush.
