First Day

(Sarah's POV)

It is my first day at a new school. I am very nervous. What if they don't like me? What if I don't get along with the new kids? What if I don't fit in?

Technically school started here last week but since I moved here just yesterday I haven't been able to meet anyone.

I walk into the school with my head held high. Then all of the sudden BAM! Some weird liquid hit me in the face.

"WELCOME TO MCKINELY NEW KID!!!" An other student yelled at me. Did I mention I was on the ground because I couldn't see I was blinded.

I heard whispers coming from behind me.

"Which one of us are going to help her?"

Then someone answered and I felt two pairs of arms lift me up.

"Hey, are you ok." One of the guys asked. He smelled like raspberries.

The other one answered. "Does she look ok to you Blaine?"

"No Kurt. She doesn't."

"Come on new girl lets go to the bathroom and get you cleaned up."

(Sierra's POV)

I waited outside the bathroom for about 15 minutes for Blaine and Kurt to come out with the new girl. It's pretty bad if on the first day you start school you get slushied. But if anyone can help her it is Kurt. He is openly gay so he gets slushied a lot.

To put it simply Ohio is not very LGBTQ friendly.

Then they start coming out Kurt then Blaine (holding hands of course) and finally the new girl who's name I didn't know.

I stepped forward to shake her hand. "Hi. My name is Sierra."

She shook my hand and nodded, "Hi I'm Sarah."

Blaine started to speak up, "Well Sarah, I never introduced myself I'm Blaine and this," he pointed towards Kurt. "is my boyfriend Kurt."

"It was very nice of you guys to help me with that slushie."

"No problem. After a while here you will get used to it." Kurt responded with a smile on his face.

"Big question is can you sing." Blaine said nodding at Kurt and Sierra.

"Oh some people say I can but I don't think I'm that good."

"Well then maybe we can get you to sing sometime?" Sierra nudged me with her elbow.

"Maybe if you guys have a Glee Club." I said while nudgeing her back. "Well I will see you guys later. Bye."

(Sierra's POV)

I was going to the auditorium to see if I could find some sheet music see we actually do have a Glee Club and this week is duet week so I needed to find a song. Minor setback I had no one to sing the song with.

So I walked in the backway like I always did. I heard faint singing I thought maybe I was hearing this or maybe I was just crazy. When I got to the wing on the side of the stage I was in shock I couldn't believe what I was listening to.

The new girl Sarah was out there belting out "Animal" by Neon Trees. Right after she finished I started clapping. I would've given her a standing ovation if I wasn't already standing. She was started so she jumped.

"Wh-what what are you doing here?" She stuttered

"I came down here to get some sheet music, then I heard someone singing and wow you are good." I babbled on rubbing the back of my neck because I was blusing I also looked down since my fee were suddenly really interesting.

"Thank you." She picked up her bag and started to walk away. I chased her down and stood infront of her.

"Would you like to join the New Directions?" I blurted out. Yes, I knew she had to audition but she is really good. Plus i want to get to know her better.

"What's that?"

"Our Glee Club."

"Do I have to audition?"

"Yeah but I have a plan."

I explained my ideas to her then told her to meet me, Kurt, and Blaine in the choir room tomorrow so they can help us induct her into the group.

I know it is really short. Next chapter will most likely introduce Grace and Jayden maybe also Tiffany not sure yet though. I do know that Santana and Rachel will be coming in along with Mr.Shue and Sue. Thanks to everyone who is feeding me ideas and helping. Love you all!!
