I sit on the roof of HQ with my slugs flare sits on my shoulder while the other are in my lap and flutter is flying around my head. I smile slightly and look out at the land infront of HQ "what adventure do we have in store for us next..." I mutter. "Hey whatcha doing up here?" I hear eli say from behind me. he sits down next to me. "I like the quiet...and the amazing view..." Flare chirps and hops onto Elis shoulder I smile "wow..." "Wow what?" He raises an eyebrow "flare sat on your shoulder...its her way of showing she trusts someone she's only ever been on my shoulder..." Flare chirps again and hops onto my head I smile. "Eli Shane....you really are something different" he smirks "different good or different bad?" I giggle "different good.." He smiles that heart melting smile at me and I blush a little "come on Y/N get what you need were going on a trip to get some more slugs" I nod and hop off the roof landing perfectly "you coming or what" he chuckles and hops down aswell landing next to me "so what slugs are we getting?" "Whatever slugs will have us" he says as he follows me to my room where I start filling a backpack with a few bottles water,extra capsules ((I think they are called capsules...ya know the tube things)) , some gold, and more capsules. "K I'm ready"
*when they get to a cavern* ~Eli's pov~
People stare as we ride into the cavern on our mechs well their mostly staring at Y/N but who wouldn't blakks daughter is in the Shane gang plus she's really beautiful I cat help but stare sometimes either. I look around and gord speaks up "Eli...is that who I think it is?" I look where he's pointing and see twist I glare "yep" I grab my blaster but I stop when I see Y/N is off her mech and walking up behind him "hold your fire..." I say quietly. "Twist what did blakk send you to do this time?" She asks him twist turns and looks at her "he sent me to collect slugs to ghoul. But bringing you back would be worth a great reward" he smirks at her "yeah right twist. We both know im stronger,faster,smarter and a better slinger than you twist. She grabs her blaster and aims at him loading flare into the barrel "give up twist..Flare is much stronger than Loki she is a megamorph after all " she smirks. Twist frowns and Loki makes copy's of him and twist circling her "Y/N if you can hit the right me I'll leave this cavern and release the slugs I've caught" he says confidently "if you miss....you have to come with me" Flare chirps "deal!" She says and fires her blaster hitting the real twist "how did you know?" "Doesn't matter twist. Leave this cavern and don't come back" she says he growls and gets on his mech leaving the slugs. Me, Trixie ,Kord and pronto stare in shock.
~Y/N's pov~
I bend down and pick up flare and free the slugs that twist had. I walk back over to my mech the people that had been watching cheer for me I smile and hop on my mech "so have I guess I've proven myself?" They cheer a loud yes I look at Trixie and see her shut off her camera "that's definitely going on the blog!" Kord looks at me "how did you know the real twist?" I giggle and pet flares head "I didnt. Flare did" I smile "she talks to slugs like eli" pronto says. I shake my head "not exactly..." "What do you mean?" Eli asks "its a secret..." I put a finger to my lips "so are we gonna get some slugs or not?"
