"(y/n)! Just leave me alone!" Kilgrave commanded. Maybe you had been bugging him to much. You didn't know, he always said to talk to him about how you felt because you never talk about your feelings, but now it just seems like he doesn't care and doesn't want to hear about it. You nod slowly having no choice but to leave him alone since he has the mind control thing. You left the room and decided to go out on a walk to clear your head. To be honest you didn't think Kilgrave loved you as much as he says he does. You keep your hands in your pockets as you walk all alone. Maybe some space between you and Kilgrave would be good so you got into a taxi and left to your parents house. You'd stay there for a couple of days, maybe even weeks just depends on you and him.
3 days go by and you haven't got a call or even a text from your boyfriend. He probably didn't even realize you were gone. You laugh a little as you have a thought. You were right he didn't care about you. You shut off your phone you decided you would be disconnected from the world for awhile. Your parents had a farm so you had much to do on that farm.
4 days pass on being disconnected from the world and honestly you were having a blast. No drama with Jessica Jones for once. Right now you were on your horse you named him Tex. You sat on his as he ran fast through the small forest on your parents plot of land. You start getting close to the house as you rode the horse and you saw a black SUV parked out in the drive way and someone getting out. So you turn the horse around knowing it's Kilgrave and keep riding. You put headphones in so if he yelled your name you wouldn't hear. So you kept riding, your parents weren't home at the moment. Tex would jump over the obstacles you placed for him to practice on. You would look over at the house once or twice seeing Kilgrave just standing in the driveway. You took off with Tex deeper in the forest on the plot of land so no one could see you. You got off Tex and fed him an apple and petted him trying to become calm before you talked to Kilgrave. You got back on Tex and took him back to the barn. Once you left the barn you started walking back to the house. Kilgrave stood in the driveway watching you.
"Didn't you get my calls?" He asks in a sassy tone.
"My phones off, there isn't good service out here" you reply, a little bit of it was a truth.
He raises and eyebrow at you.
"You didn't think to call me?" He asks
"No" you reply truthfully.
He crosses his arms.
"(Y/N)-"
"I know I know.." you whisper and look down at your feet.
He stares at you.
"I'm mad you didn't call me..but I'll let it go if you come back to the house with me.." he replies
"..okay.." you nod silently
"Go get your stuff.." he motions his head towards the house. You run inside and grab your clothes and phone and medicine your parents put you on for depression.
You got into the car with Kilgrave and he grabs your bag looking through it. He grabs your phone. To see if you were talking to anyone. He makes faces as he looks through the conversations. He noticed a medicine bottle in your bag and grabs it.
"What's this?" He asks in an angry tone.
"Pills.."
"I think I've got that. But exactly what for?" He asks
"My depression" you reply quietly and play with your hands. He nods and stays silent and throws the medicine back into the bag.
"I'm getting more guards, while you were gone Jessica decided to pull a little stunt" he growls quietly and crosses his arms as he looks out the window.
"Maybe it was good you were gone, she probably would have killed you to get to me"
You raise an eyebrow at him.
"Well that would be a stupid idea you have no attachment to me.." you reply speaking the truth.
"What are you talking about?" He asks
"I mean you don't love me so there's no point in killing me to get at you" he looks at you seriously.
"You don't think I love you?" He asks calmly. You nod slowly.
"Baby you have no idea how much I love you" he whispers and grabs your hands. You sit there silently.
"Why did you yell at me to leave you alone?" You ask.
"Darling I was in a bad mood and had a massive headache" he replies "I didn't mean to yell at you.." he brings your face up to look at him.
"Why didn't you text me for 3 days?" You ask
"I thought you might have needed the space.." he rubs your cheek with his thumb.
"(y/n) I love you so much. You make me feel like nobodies ever done..I don't like to see you hurt. And I'm sorry I hurt you" he whispers. You actually believed him because this was the first time he actually said sorry to you and Kilgrave doesn't apologize to anyone.
"..it's okay.." you nod. He kisses your forehead.
"Lets go home"
