Ada
It's Friday night, and Callie and I are going to a party.
While I frantically search my closet for something to wear, I can't help but notice that Callie is still in her clothes that she wore for school earlier.

"Are you seriously going to the party in that?"

"I'll just wear one of your dresses."

"Oh sure Callie, you could totally wear one of my dresses without asking," I spat out sarcastically.

She ignores me as she pushes past me, into my walk in closet. I try on one of my purple dresses as Callie pulls something out roughly.

"How about this one? Don't you love blue on me?"

She poses in front of my dresser mirror. My mother decided to give me the master bedroom and she and my father would take the huge guest room. We have four rooms in our two story house. My room, my parents' room, my brother's room and a guest room. On the wall above my bed are a bunch of pictures. My room is lavender, but my closet and bathroom are white. I also have a large bookshelf full of a large variety of books and on top of my dresser is a bunch of perfume and makeup. I also have wall shelves for my little things like trophies or souviners from other states or countries. I stop looking around my room and look at Callie.

"I think it would definitely look good on you. Now hurry up and get dressed before we're late!"

As we leave, I grab my phone and keys, but before we have a chance to head out the door, my mom stops us.

Crap.

"I want you home no later than 1."
"Alright mom, bye."
"Bye Mrs.Carter."
"Bye girls!"

After 20 minutes of driving, we finally pull up in front of the woods.

I decide to park in between Luke's car and somebody else's blue van that I don't recognise.

Luckily, Luke is still in his car because we don't know where in the woods the party is.

So when he gets out of the car, we start to follow him.

After walking in the woods for what seemed like hours, we come into a clearing and start to hear music playing.

I've never heard of this song.

I turn to face Callie, but she already ran to Cristina.

What a great best friend you are. I guess I'm going to look for Jess now.

I walk past a bunch of faces until I find Jessica and Kayla.

"Hey Jess, Kayla."
"Ada, I want you to meet someone. She just moved here from Pennsylvania. Her name is Roxy."
"Oh, uh hey, Roxy."
"Hi, well I should probably get going since it's getting late."
"It's only-"

But before I could finish, she had already ran off.

Well that wasn't weird at all.

"Anyways, how have you been?"
"I've been listening to Kayla babble for an hour. What do you think?"
"Whatever, Jess. I'm going to get a beer before my voice bothers you even more."
"That's not what I-"

But before Jess could finish, Kayla turned around and walked away.

"Kayla is probably in one of her moods."

As I say this, Jess takes a swig of her beer. When there didn't appear to be anything left in the bottle, Jess turned to me and frowned.

"I guess I'll be right back."
