What we do in intro to computers? In intro to computers we do power points, scavenger hunts, and some online activities. We also take computers apart and put them back together. We take notes and we take tests on them, but the best part is that we don't take state tests. The only tests we take is the tests Mrs. Jordan makes herself. Intro to computers is a really interesting class when you actually get the point of it. Also we do skits on camera and explain computer parts. This class has a club called Skills USA. In this class you deal with computers most of the time. In the skills USA club you go on trips to compete against other schools. Why is an anti-static wrist strap so important? An anti-static wrist strap is so important because if you don't ground yourself you can kill the components inside your computer or someone else computer. If you are working on some one else computer you should use something to ground yourself because if you mess up their computer they're not going to pay you for it.
The story About the Devado Family
There once was a little boy name George. George had two brother and two sisters. Their names are Gill, Bill, Jessica, and Amy. George is the youngest in the family. George is 11, Gill is 12, Bill is 12, Jessica is 14, and Amy is 14. George, bill and Gill are all in the same grade because Gill and bill had late birthdays so they had to start school the same time George did. Both their father Alberto and mother Susie are both computer technicians. When the boys were in 7th grade the girls were in 9th grade and the girls started taking intro to computers, and they started to teach them what they learned and thats until the boys got in 9th grade and they started taking the class. Then the girls went off to college with full academic scholorships at East Oregon University and both majored in computer engineering and they made friends that was also majoring in computers. Their friends names are Lilly, Naomi, Haley, Madison, and Opal. They are all very close friends they study together and go out when they are finish doing what they have to do. Then the boys went to college and both majored in computers also but the boys played sports. Bill, Gill, and George all got full scholorships to play football at East Oregon University. Bill played Quarterback, Gill played Runningback, and George played Wideout and they all started. then the boys always studied with their football friends to keep their grades up and so that they can keep their starting spots on the team and be computer engineers. When Jessica and Amy graduated from college they went on and opened up their own business together and became very wealthy. After that George, Bill, and Gill graduated and was drafted to the NFL and the funny thing about it was they was on the same team the Dallas Bull Dogs. Every Thanksgiving they would all get together and talk about the old days in college and Jessica and Amy would talk about how good their business is doing and how much they like it. They also talked about how much money they were making. Then the boys start explaing how well the NFL is going and how they each have opened up their own business and how well they are doing. Four years later...... Their father Alberto died because he was really sick. All of the children came home and was sitting there in the hospital while he died. After that their mother was very depressed so Jessica and Amy stayed with her for a couple of weeks since they didn't have to go back to work. The reason the boy had to go back to work was because they were in their 8th Super Bowl and they were the 8 time undefeated Super Bowl Champions. They boys each gave their mother two million dollars each so that she didnt have to work anymore and the the girls sent her one million dollars each and offered her a place to stay close to them or with them.
