I stared at my Mom's face as she drifted off into unconsciousness.

He took, he took , the bastard  warned me and I took the warning lightly.

In the middle of my break down my pocket began to vibrate. Immediately I knew it was my phone.

"Hello" I answered.

"What a surprise this must all be for you" The voice made me shiver "you should know where to go, my dear niece."

"Fine, I'll be there just don't do anything to her" I looked up at the black night sky "please."

There was a beep on the other end of the line. He had hung up.

I immediately dialed the one person's number I never would  have expected I would turn to for help but I was friendless and desperate.

"You couldn't go a few hours without me could you?" The cockiness in his voice was evident.

"Shut up and listen!" I snapped.

Obviously hearing the seriousness in my voice, Jay went quiet.

"Come to Linton Hills High School right now and don't ask any questions. Please" I begged. This was the second time I've said 'please' in one night, this was proof to how desperate I was.

"I'm walking out the door right now" Jay answered.

I hung up the phone.

In only a few minutes a black BMW pulled up in the parking lot. Jay stepped out if the car and at the sight of my unconscious mother he rushed to my side.

"Who is this? Is she okay?!" He asked in a frantic voice.

"It's my Mom" I answered getting up from the ground where my mother still laid. "Take her to my house I'll send you the address on my phone and I'll soon be back" I handed Jay the key to my house and sent him my address as I said I would.

"Were are you going?" Jay asked confused. He took my mom up bridal still.

"No need to worry you pretty little head about that. Just keep her comfortable until I'm back" I bolted to my motorcycle, put on my helmet and rode off.

•••°•••

My bike skidded to a stop as I reached an old, rickety bridge with a crystal clear river running under it.

"I'M HERE!" I shouted to no certain direction.

"We all heard the loud motorcycle from a mile away" a calm and reserved yet cruel voice answered.

You know what I hate the most, the son of a female just stood there all business like, he was always that way in his damned suit and tie and his damned brand new shoes. Worst of all he wasn't the gnome looking, creepy as heck, bad hair day, cigarette smoking, Russian accent, scared face bad guy. Oh no, he was had some looking, if you didn't know what he was capable of you would find him completely trustworthy, his hair was black like mine and neatly combed back, he never smoked, he didn't have the slightest hint of Russian nor was his face scared. Heck no, he was your super good looking villain.

"Where is she?" I asked on edge.

"Here's the darling" my uncle snapped his finger and two men stepped out of the shadows with my sister limp in their deadly grips.

"What did you do to her!?" I panicked "you weren't suppose to hurt her!"

My uncle scoffed "she fainted when she saw my men's guns"

"What do you want?" I asked getting to the point.

He smirked. "At first I thought revenge" he covered the distance that separated us "but then judging by your skills and beauty-" he walked around me in circles "I thought they would both be oh so horrible to waste"

"Then what do you want!?" I snapped before taking a step away from him.

"You know the business I'm in, you know the people I work for, you know who I work with" he intentionally took two steps forward making him directly in front of me.

He continued.

"You know what's required for this specific job. In fact you were trained precisely for this, its what your father wanted" he put his hand behind his back and tilted his head to the side "it's exactly what my brother wanted. You were molded, sculpted for this"

My eyes widened in realization "N-no, no I-I won't" I stammered "I can't do it" I shook my head.

"And why is that Anamaya?" He asked mocking concern.

My stomach twisted with disgust, how dare he pretend to care about my opinion. I wanted to stab him with the knife I always carried but I couldn't, instead I answered his question.

"I'm starting the police academy when I graduate, I can't involve myself in things like this" I looked up at him "your the third most wanted guy in three States and about eighteen towns"

He beamed with pride as if I just complimented him but then his smile turned from pride in himself to a smirk of living evil.

"How naïve you are to believe that you are actually being given a choice" he gestured to Cassi "Why did you think I took her?"

I began to lose control of my breathing.

"I didn't take her just to scare you, that's much too simple for my taste" he put his hand on my arm. I stiffened at the touch.

"I took her to prove a point" his hand caressed my arm. "No matter where you go, no matter what you do I'll always find you. Your always going to be in danger, your family will always be in danger and you can't stop me because I have contacts all over"

"Your gonna die before you get the chance to haunt me" I hissed lacing my voice with venom "And you'll sure as hell die by my hands"

His grip tightened positively bruising my arm. He squeezed with every word he said "Do not try and play games with me Anamaya. You are nothing compared to me and you are hardly string enough to leave a scratch on me" he smirked again with a dangerous aura about him "And those conversations your having with that detective will stop" he finally released my arm "No need to involve the police in what they shouldn't be in right, family problems are family problems"

My breath hitched. He's been seeing everything I've been doing, listening on my conversations. It then hit me, my life wasn't mine anymore.

"What do you want me to do?" I asked on the verge of crying.

"I'll be sending you on tasks, missions and such you'll get paid more money than you could ever wish for don't tell anyone about this you will continue your daily life-" he paused before he continued "better yet, enjoy it because there's a large part of it that I will control so treasure what I'll leave you with"

"Okay" I nodded.

"I don't want to have you going to the guidance office because you lack of a social life so go and get friends" he instructed

"There will be days when I'll need you to come in to the office, a car will pick you up and you are required to dress professionally, you'll be picked up every Saturday from 6am-1pm for field practice and from 3pm-5pm in lessons and everything you need to know about the world we live in then on Sundays 3pm-6pm you'll be learning to play instruments, dance, art, etiquette, weaponry and how to be attractive enough to do what needs to be done" he finished.

He gestured for his men to bring Cassi over "One of my men will take her to your home, a motorcycle isn't safe enough for an unconscious girl"

I took what he said as my cue to leave. What else could I do, being able to defend myself doesn't mean being able to take on two grown, hulk like men who might I add both had guns. No thanks, I'm no use to my family dead.

I watched as a car went off with Cassi inside then I climbed unto the motorcycle and rode off in the same direction as the car
