I started to itch my head in nervousness. I didn't know how to expect this to go. I looked up at my friend, Pete, who was tracing around the living area with his hands in his hair.

"Pete, you'll do fine." I stated trying to comfort him as I moved my laptop beside me.

He stopped pacing and looked at me like I was an alien from another planet. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion as to why he was staring at me like he was.

"Are you kidding me Evelyn!? This the big, HUGE, if I screw this up I'll be jobless and I won't know what to do with myself if it gets to that point! This is my only chance in having a good job and to get money! I mean what if-." He rambled before I interrupted him.

"Pete, I know this is a big deal and all, but take it from the positive perspective. You can do so much with this job. You can pay off your college funds from 2 years ago. And you'll do great, don't doubt yourself." I said as I stood up from the couch to a panicking Pete.

He sighs and looks up at me. He gives me a weak smile and hugs me tight. I chuckled and hugged him back. I smile in his embrace and tightened my grip around him. He did the same, tightening everything up.

"Okay, by the time we're done hugging, I'll be dead due to the lack of oxygen I have left." I chuckled as Pete released me from his embrace giving me apologetic face.

"C'mon, I'll drive you to your interview." I walked to my room, slipping on black jeans and a sweater and black high top converse. I grabbed my keys and walked to my car and closed the door.

Pete entered the car and rubbed his hands on his pants and bit his lip in nervousness. I started the car and drove to the most well know and high class music industry company in the world.

I pulled into the parking lot and looked at Pete who looks likes a ghost. I smiled slightly and turned my full attention to him. "Would you like me to led you inside and to the appropriate place where you need to be?"

"Yay, okay, lets go!" Pete stated quickly and left the car before I could change my mind on the opportunity I just gave him. I rolled my eyes and got out, putting my keys into my jean pockets.

"Who owns this place anyway?" I questioned, with curiosity filling my body.

I didn't know much about this company or the importance of it. I was too caught up in my college classes to pay attention to the media.

"Well, since you're the only person in the whole fucking world that doesn't know what this company is, I'll tell you." Pete explained. "It's a music industry that is owned by Brendon Urie. He has signed many well know artists that are really fucking popular. He is a multi millionaire and has been in this industry since he was 20, he's like 29 now."

"Didn't know it was THAT important." I said before entering the building. My eyes opened in awe as my eyes followed the amazement that was set into this place. The high ceilings were a black and white granite with a gold trim following along with it. The golden chandelier hung from the ceiling as it gave out a strong burst of light. My eyes fell to the decor, which was colored black and white with a gold trim like the ceilings I saw before. I looked at the people that walked around the gorgeous place and automatically felt self-conscious. Everyone was dressed with high class office wear as I wore black jeans and a sweater. I automatically regretted going to this, but it was for Pete so I had to.

Pete and I walked to the receptionist that was typing away on her computer. Pete rested his hands on the counter, fidgeting with his sweaty fingers. I sighed and looked at the receptionist and began to speak. "Where are the interviews located?"
