".....and that's your homeworks, boys and girls. Sorry to have kept you!"

Don't you hate it when the teacher make you wait? Especially last period on Friday. And don't you hate it if they call you "boys and girls" when you've been out of the primary school for about a hundred years?

Well, Quake doesn't care what happened as long as he can live happily without suffer. Just before he thudded his book shut and stuffed it in his bag, he glanced at the notes scribbled down. He forgot to put the note in his bag.

The bell went five minutes ago and he knew he have so much homework since next week is a holiday. He will bury himself in his room and do all the homework or do it with friends.

"That was boring" Cyclone muttered, as they scribled out of the door along with everyone else

"Yeah, but it's for our future...." Quake sighed

"But...urgh, I hate when the teacher give us a bunch of homework! It's not holiday! It's homework week!!!" Cyclone trying to do up the buckle of his bag as they walked

"I know. I do rather die..." a voice make both of the boys jump

"Ugh, Fang....you're such a bothersome" said Cyclone

"WHat?! Isn't it should be you?!" Fang hissed, pinching his cheek

"Ou! Ouwii!! Fang that's hurt!! Staph!!" Cyclone begged with tears of pain, Quake can't do anything but laugh

Fang and Cyclone always fight,anytime, anywhere and anyday. Sometimes the fight is childish, but when it comes to serious matters, Quake will butt in.

"You two, don't fight in school or I'll punish you guys!" Said Quake with a smile, remembering the both boys that their precious friend is a prefect

"Y-yes, sir!"

As they in front of the gate, Cyclone get into the car along with Quake since they're neighbors. Fang come to school by motorcycle, so he's at the parking right now.

"Hey, why don't we do a study group to do homeworks?" Cyclone thought, Quake looks at him, thinking that Cyclone's reading his mind

"Are you reading my mind?!" Quake asked with a confusion, Cyclone lookd at him, blankly

'He sure not....' Quake thought

As they were in front of their house, both of them get out from the car and Quake thanked Cyclone's father. Quake open his shoes and get in the house, his house is big enough for two people but with Quake, it can make three people stay there.

"How's school?" Asked his mother who is discussing her students work since she is a teacher from Quake's school

"Good, mom. But more homework as always, my friend and I thought of having a study group" Quake start the conversation

"That's nice, Quake. Dont study so hard, take ypur time, okay? Let me prepares the food" Quake's mother stand up and goes to the kicthen follow by Quake

"I'll help you, mom" said Quake with a spoon and a jar in both of his hand

"Thank you, dear" she gives her precious son a big smile and pat his head

As they finished prepare the lunch, the mother ask his son in a...begging expression?

"Quake, can I get married?" Quake look at her eyes and look at his hand

"Why do you ask me? I'm not.....dad" Quake can't hold back the tears and the pain that have stop for 10 years ago

"I...don't care as long as mom is happy" Quake smiled, Quake's mother wiped away Quake's tears and kiss his forehead

"I promise I'll make you feel like you're speacil again, Quake"

"Thanks mom"

Holiday is starting, the bird are chirping as the sun rises. Quake wake up early just because he needs to meet his new father. Quake knows this day will come, ah god, it feels like Quake is the one who is gonna marry.....Quake mom is not home since she's have to go to extra-class and will be back afternoon.

"Quake, I'm Eron, nice to meet you" said Eron while making a handshake with Quake

Quake smiles "nice to meet you too, I hope you can protect my mother"

Eron chuckle, and then pat Quake's head "of course I do. I'll protect both of you. As what I heard from your mother...you're so responsible! The opposite as my son...he's the same age as you" he scratch his cheek

"Wait.....you've a son?? Where is he?" Quake asked with confusion, this life is full of puzzle!

"Aah....he have soccer practice today, he's free tomorrow. You, can have a dinner with him since I want to...you know...having lunch together with your precious mother" Eron blink his left eyes and Quake responds is looking at him with poker-face

"Okay, let's hang out until my mom's home" said Quake and then put on his jacket and hat
