I pushed Alex back, not at all accepting the kiss he was trying to give me. Well that sobered me up all the way.

"Oh come on Bianca, live a little." He said, trying to reach for me again. I stepped back, making my way out of the kitchen. I could tell my face was as red as a rose. "Not a fucking chance, Alex."

I practically raced down the stairs, not letting Alex catch up to me. I took my place back in the chair, my face still red. I stayed quiet the rest of the game until Grieco won again. He handed the cue to Vinny and came over to me.

"You okay? You're quiet." He asked, loud enough for everyone to hear. I heard Alex laugh a little.

I nodded. "Yeah, just getting tired from the booze." I said, looking up at him.

He pulled me to my feet and lead me out into the den where Zack and Rian were concentrating on Monopoly.

"How's it going guys?" He asked them. Neither of them answered. They were so into this, it was ridiculous.

Grieco continued through the den, pulling me with him, until we were in the hallway with the guest bedrooms and bathroom. He led us into one of the bedrooms and closed the door behind him.

"Clearly you aren't okay, you didn't say a word that entire game. What's wrong?" He asked as he pulled me down to sit on the bed.

I took a deep breath, thinking about what I should say. Finally I just decided to tell him the truth. "Alex kissed me in the kitchen." I told him, looking at the floor.

Grieco looked at me. "He what?" He asked, stunned.

"Alex. Kissed. Me. In. The. Kitchen." I said, even slower.

"No, I know what you said, but why would he ever do that? I thought you guys hated each other?" He asked.

"We do. I mean at least I thought we did. Clearly I still hate him, but after that whole stunt he pulled, I have no idea what he feels. We haven't been single at the same time since high school, so maybe he thought he had a change. I definitely do not have any desire to do anything with him. At all." I said, falling back onto the bed. "He ruins everything. I was having such a good night until he pulled that! I was drunk. And happy! What an ass."

Grieco leaned back so he was laying on the bed next to me. He turned himself to face me. "Well then how about we turn your night around." He said as he reached over and turned my head so I was facing him. I smiled. "And how do you suggest we do that?" I asked him.

"Well, we could start by replacing Alex's kisses with one of mine." He said, and with that, he brought his face towards mine.

I leaned in, letting my lips graze against his just enough to let him get a feel of them, then pulled back.

"How about we go upstairs to my room instead?" I asked, smiling.

He smirked. "Whatever you want Binky."

I stood up and pulled him up with me, then we made our way out into the hallway. Before I was able to pull him into the den, he pulled me back gently and pressed me up against the wall, leaning his body against mine.

"I don't think I can wait any longer." He said before he leaned into me, pressing his lips against mine.

If kisses could talk, that one could tell a story. A few seconds into the kiss, we heard a whistle come from the end of the hallway.

"That's what I'm talking about, you go Grieco!" Vinny said from the end of the hallway. Grieco pulled away and leaned his forehead against the wall as I laughed.
