I noticed the new girl in math class. She had big, scared animal eyes, and I wondered why. I was actually a little nervous to talk to her. My appearance can come off as frightening. I'm also a pretty dominant person. But she followed me to her classes, and at lunch we sat together. We continued to be friends, but I should have helped her when she needed it. I regret so much now. After it happened, I blamed myself. But I didn't want to go in the direction she had. Nobody should.
