Castle's Unknown Son

Chapter 5

Kate heard a phone go off. She checked hers it wasn't going off. Then she heard Rick on his phone.

"I have to go." He said with a sad face.

"Okay." I said little disappointed to see him go.

"I'm sorry if I hurt you in anyway." He said kissed me on the forehead and went out the door.

That was the last time she saw him in person that is. She found him on the back of a hard book that was her mother's. Now she knows his last name is Castle. He got her pregnant the night they had encounter. She couldn't believe she's slept with her mother's favorite author.

Beckett decided to read the mystery novel.

She read most of the night away and wanted more to read.

Damn you Richard Castle! She yelled woke up her father.

"What's wrong Katie?" She saw her concerned father.

"I'm pregnant dad." Kate cried and her father hugged tight in his embrace.

"You'll get through this Katie." Her father said with truth in his voice.

"Thank you dad."

"Why don't you get some rest."

Kate walked out of her fathers in embrace and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth.

Kate fell fast asleep in dreamland.

7 Months Later

Kate woke up and felt her baby kick.

"Yes I know little bean you want out." She rubbed her baby bump.

Kate wanted to tell Richard Castle that he got her pregnant and she's going to have the child. She decided against because his probably to busy with book tours and see bombs every night.

She read every book he wrote and feel in love with them.

"Hello Katie how you feeling today?" Her father asked standing in the door frame.

"I can feel him kicking dad and I can't wait to see him." She couldn't believe her father sobered up so he can help her with her unborn child to come.

She thought is was a miracle to get her father to quiet drinking his life away after his wife my mother was murdered. All because she got pregnant and his going to be a grandfather that put a smile on his face. She thought her father would be pissed or go kill the guy that got me pregnant but no he took it as a second chance of life. He felt bad after my mother died that he wasn't there for me.

Next thing I know my water broke.

"Dad I think my water just broke." I said shocked.

"We better get you to the hospital" my father came over to me guided me out the door to the car.

We got there pretty fast.

"Just breath Kate" her doctor said.

"Okay Katie, your doing just great. Your mother would be proud of you." He father said with happiness in his voice.

"Okay Kate it's time for you start pushing." Dr. Wilson said who was between her legs.

Kate pushed.

"Your doing good Kate." Dr. Wilson said with a smile on his face.

The baby was screaming to the too of his lungs.

Her doctor propped him up in a blanket and put him in her arms.

Kate couldn't believe how beautiful he was.

"He's so beautiful Katie." Looking at his grandson in awe.

"Kate we have to get him cleaned up and what is him name going to be."

"Trevor Alexander Beckett"
