{Tyler Joseph}
As I'm sitting on the window seal I ask myself,
Am I worth living for?
I don't feel like I am anymore. I've been bullied for as long as I can remember. Someone punches me, I move schools. I've been to about 5 different high school's my entire life. I'm shy. No. I'm anti-social. I don't socialize with people because I'm afraid that I'll get punched or yelled at. I don't have that many friends and so far the only friend I have is my imaginary friend, Vince. Vince and I have been through a lot together. We've been in fights together, we've been in arguments together, and we've moved to point B from point A together. So far he's the only one giving me a reason to live.
"Have you tried drawing things."
"Yes Vince. I have."
"Did it work?"
"Drawing? No. I can't keep my head straight anymore. It seems like everywhere I turn there's some guy waiting for me to arrive."
"What do you mean?"
I give him a look of disgust. He knows what I mean't. He just can't comprehend it. I get up from the window seal and pace around my room thinking. Vince is following my every move with his piercing crystal blue eyes.
"Stop."
"Stop what?"
I ask still pacing around my room.
"Stop pacing around."
I stop and sit quietly on my bed. I look around and see all of the pictures on my walls of my siblings. Zack, Jay, and Madison.
"You know you aren't the only one who has faith in you right?"
"Shut up Vince."
I continue staring at the pictures. A small smile emerges from the crease of my mouth. I'm happy? I look to my left and see a bookshelf that has a journal with a name written on it.
Writer's Notebook
I walk over to it and grab it from the shelf. I start to thumb through it. Vince plops next to me.
"What's that?"
"My old journal. I used to write random stuff in it whenever I was depressed."
"That's it!"
"What?"
"Start writing. That should help you!"
"I'm not so sure about that."
