3. Bitter Day

"Unnie, are you sure you don't want us to wait for you?" ask Namjoo to Naeun who is busy cleaning the school hall.

"Don't worry about me" replied Naeun as she smile. With a heavy heart , Namjoo and Chorong left leaving Naeun and Myungsoo alone.

They clean up the hall quietly. Since the hall is too big, it took more time to finish it.

"Aishh~ why should I stucked with this monkey" Naeun mumbling herself as she sweep the floor roughly.

Myungsoo glare at her. "Yah! I heard that" He screamed.

"Oh really? Thats good then" she smirked.

"You are really~!" Myungsoo grit his teeth angrily.

After an hour, their work finally finished.Then, they meet the principle to ask permission to go home.

"Okay both of you can leave now. BUT! If you did this again. No more mercy!" warned the principle causing Naeun and Myungsoo gulp.

Naeun is reading book on her bed. She glanced at the clock. Its already 10 pm. Since tomorrow is weekend holiday , she will start her job as a worker at a cafe. Naeun close her book and place it on the desk. She is about to sleep but suddenly someone knock her door.

"Come in" said Naeun. The door opened.

"Oh! unnie.."

Chorong walk into her room and sit beside Naeun.

"So, are u sure u want to work?" asks Chorong , worrying for her cousin.

"I have to unnie" Naeun replied as she smile weakly.

"But you can call you parent"

Naeun silence. Mentioning about her parent make her angry , frust and a bit sad at a same time. How could they do this to me , she thought.
