Liam's POV:

Instead of falling into the water, I fell back on the bridge. Great just..Great. Now I would have to start over. But before that, I turned around to look at whoever interrupted me. There, standing with a bottle of vodka in her hand, was a good looking girl who was obviously drunk. I ignored her and started to climb up the railing only to be interrupted, again.

"You do know that the water is freezing right?" she said.

"Would you please let me concentrate?!" I yelled at her and she put a finger on her lips saying "Shh", and I instantly felt bad for snapping at her.

"Look, I'm sorry for yelling at you" I apologised to her.

"Don't say sorry, I find it very weird" She said.

"Weird? Anyway will you please let me concentrate?" I said and stood up on the railing.

"Let me join you. Please, pretty please", she said.

"This isn't a party. If you want to jump, then jump" I said.

"Okay, so at the count of three right?" She said and I nodded.

"One", I said.

"Two", she said.

Suddenly we heard a horn and bright lights. The coast guard, shit.

"Get off the bridge, I repeat, get off the bridge. This is the coast guard." The voice from the loudspeaker said, we had no option but to get down. I looked at the girl and we walked to the opposite direction of each other.

Once I was sure that the coast guard wasn't in my sight anymore, I took a deep breath and decided to try Plan B. I looked at the bridge where the cars were zooming by me and jumped in front of one. I could feel the blood coming out of my head and then I went blank.

Meanwhile Kiara's POV:

As soon as the coast guard was out of my sight, I decided to give it a try again, I tried to put my leg up on the railing but my foot slipped and I fell on the bridge, my neck hitting the road hard in the process and then everything went blank.

When I got back to my senses, the first thing I realised was that I was alive. I groaned, so much for trying to commit suicide. The second thing I realised was that I was in a hospital room, this just keeps getting better. Note the sarcasm.

I decided to sneak out of the hospital. It would do me no good being here, I would be questioned and they would call my parents which would be the last thing I want right now. As I left my room and turned around the corner, I ran into someone. I closed my eyes. Please don't be a doctor, please don't be a doctor.

"You!" Someone whisper yelled. I opened my eyes, "You!" I yelled back. It was the guy I met at the bridge, the one who tried to commit suicide too.

"What are you doing here?" We both asked each other at the same time.

"Well I-" I started to say but was cut off by him.

"I don't have time for that now,I need to leave this place." He said and walked away from me.

I shrugged and tried to find the nearest fire exit. As soon as I stepped out onto the fire exit stairs and heard someone behind me, I turned around to see the same guy, "Are you following me?", I asked him.

"As if, I have to get out of here, so please lead the way", He said and together we walked down the stairs and onto the street.

"Okay so it was nice meeting you", I said and was about to walk away when he grabbed my wrist and pushed me against a wall. I started struggling and as it was of no use, I licked his hand.

"Eww really, there were hospital officials walking by and if they would have heard or seen us, we would have had to get back to the hospital" He said. Okay, now it made sense.

"You're such a girl, eww. Anyway, Thanks, I am Kiara", I said mimicking him and reached my hand out for him to shake.

"Liam", he said but didn't shake my hand. Rude much?

"I think we should try doing it again, you know?" I asked him.

"We? You commit suicide on your own and I'll commit it on my own", He said.

"I-I can't do it alone, I need someone to push me into it", I said.

"If it wasn't for you, I would have completed my mission last night itself, so if you want me for your moral support, we should probably avoid any public place", he said, well he was atleast being supportive.

"Um your place?" I asked him.

"I don't have a home anymore." He said.

"My place it is then", I said.
