Chapter one - Is this a dream?
It was meant to be the usual boring 'school day' it's not that I don't like school, it's just that every day is the same and nothing ever happens. This was basically my daily routine:
-Get up
-Get ready
-Have breakfast
-Go to school
-Go home
-Do homework
-Go to sleep
Boring right? That was my life but at least I get good grades. Now was the start of my senior year, but people didn't really notice me in school I was more of "loner" type of girl but it didn't really bother me that much I had few friends and that was enough for me.
"It's better to have a few true friends than lots of fake friends."
This was the quote that inspired me a lot when seeing other people, or should say 'popular' ones who had many friends a.k.a. the whole school, I wonder if they had any real friends.

"Sutton, just the person I was looking for." I closed my locker and looked up at the person that was speaking to me, it was Diana my best friend well more of a sister than a best-friend. We were friends since we were six, the way we met wasn't anything special really but from that day we both knew we were going to end up being best friends, sounds quite cheesy but it's true. The funniest thing is that she was the first person I became friends with and we kept that friendship for eleven years now, strange huh?
"What happened now?" I rolled my eyes, she had a massive grin on her face so I assumed she had some gossip as usual.
"Don't tell me you haven't heard?" She said shocked.
"Heard what?" I wasn't really interested in the whole "school gossip" thing so I didn't really care.
"Obviously you haven't so I guess I will be the one to tell you " She looked slightly bored but I knew she couldn't wait to tell me the 'gossip' don't get me wrong I love her and everything but sometimes it just annoyed me.
"Fine, I am listening" I placed my hand on my locker.
"You know the 'trio' basically everyone is talking that they came up with the new game which involves cash and pride it's something like the winner will be nominated as the school's most respected guy or something like that but it's not that important anyway, because the important part is-" she paused her face was becoming quite bright "It involves one lucky girl, but no one knows who she is yet so it could be anyone, even me " she started jumping around and clapping her hands together, it's not like she won the lottery or something and there is only a small chance it could be her, so why is she so happy?
"I don't want to ruin your happy little moment, but do you really think it could be you? I don't want to sound so negative but it could be anyone and I bet you anything it's going to be someone popular like Marissa or Michael even."
