Harolds Story (A Leo valdez fanfic)

Chapter 2 

After a few minutes, his brother came home and his daycare worker hugged them to make she they were loved enough, the daycare worker said she would come visit and bring some food for them to eat but Harold said they would be fine but the daycare worker didn’t care she wanted to help them out. After a few months they had a funeral for his mom. Harold and Jeremy hugged to keep themselves from crying (even though Jeremy was already crying nobody cared he was only 3) Harold’s eye color had turned Blue but for some reason nobody noticed not even Jeremy noticed. After the funeral was done, people gathered around Harold and Jeremy and started hugging the 2 boys so tight to start giving them love and forgiveness for the loss of their dear mother. They’re Aunt Gloria came up to them with a cigarette in her mouth and said: “Boys your mom is 46…..right?” The boys nodded “Well she was becoming old and losing her eye sight I don’t think it was her colliding into that car, it was the car purposely colliding into her” She puffed out smoked from  her mouth and the boys started coughing. Harold asked her in a calm, quiet voice if she could put that cigarette away then his eye color turned Red and this time someone noticed, their aunt asked if Harold was OK but actually Harold was mad at the person who did that to his mom. His hair flew up like flames and fire came out of his mouth, his brother hugged his aunt who smelled like cigarettes he started to cough and stopped and then coughed again, everyone was frightened and scared of the boy, they all ran to their cars and drove away as fast as their cars could take them. Harold’s aunt tried to calm Harold down but nothing worked. Harold didn’t know what he was doing all he was thinking about was his mom and her death. His aunt started telling him the positive things about his life and Harold calmed down and came to his senses and his eyes turned back to his regular color again (Brown) and dropped on the ground out of energy and was huffing breaths unconsciously and his aunt Gloria and his brother Jeremy took him to the nearest hospital to see if he would be OK.
