chapter 1:

"Mom lets go dad's waiting in the car" i yelled i finished putting my hair in a perfect high bun which i was pretty proud of
"I'm almost done ok"
I sighed she was most likely finishing up a project for her work she is an assistant of one of the most powerful man in Chicago and he always over works her.
Honk* honk* my dad is a lawyer he love s what he dose and is proud of if too i have always looked up to him he-
" ok honney lets go" i gathered my things i go to the top of the stairs and look back at my room making sure i have eveything i smile as i realize i have everything and i begin to walk down the stairs and i grab the multigrain bar on the counter in my kitchen.
In the car:
" Margaret i know i know i will pick her up at 4pm sharp"

I have been used to being called her or even at careless times "it" this wad the life i was use to james my bother who is 17 while i on the other hand an a year younger.

" hey GG did you not get enough "beauty" sleep cause there is a huge lump on your head"

He chuckled at his own little joke

" actually i did sleep and it was great thank you for your concern"

I smiled to myself knowing no even james would ruin my Monday i unlike most people love Mondays its the start of a new week which means new grades

"Ok were here" my parents announced as we pulled up into east hites high school this is where i go to school.

" alright thanks for the ride goodbye"

I give them each a head nod that's like our way of saying goodbye. James being the dirtball he is just said

"Peace"

I mean james was actually a good looking guy not my type that and he is my brother but i see why girls like him he has nice brown hair and a nice jaw line he wasn't super fit but pretty good the start of a six pack although i never understood why people like them his eyes a nice blue he isn't very athletic he's more of sit and whatch the cheerleaders do their routines.

"Whats up babe"

i could hear james as he walked uo to a group of girls and wrapes his arm around her i figured it was the last girl to enter our home when our parents weren't home.

"Heyyy baby missed you like sooo much"

I gaged and rolled my eyes how could people be so fake?

" KIM OVER HERE" i turned to my right to see my two best friends in the world Mike and Lilly waving yelling at me to come over to where they were standing

" heys guys" i wave back and walk over now my outfit wasn't the best but i liked it

I started to try and fix my hair but by this point the wind had won

"Soo kim umm don't look now but Luke is like sort of maybe kind of right behind you"
