If nobody comments I will completely give up on this. That just means that everyone hates it. Am I that bad at writing! : ( Anyway, too the story!
Katniss POV
Dr. Holloway is my baby doctor. He was the doctor that helped me give birth to my children. When I walk into the medical center with Peeta, the woman at the desk says " Katniss Mellark, Dr. Holloway should be coming out within three minutes, her earlier appointment is running a bit late." "That will be fine." I reply. I sit down in one of the deep seat maroon waiting chairs next to Peeta. He looks at me with his stunning blue eyes. "Nervous?" He asks. I'm about to answer yes when Dr. Holloway comes out saying "Katniss Mellark " I walkover to her and Peeta grabs my hand. I can't wait to find out the gender. I suddenly feel a flutter in my stomach. I tense and find Peeta looking at me " First Kick?" He asks. "Yea" We continue down the hallway to Dr. Holloway's office. We go through the regular questions like "How are you feeling?" "Has the morning sickness subsided?" and "Have you felt a kick?" My morning sickness is gone and I'm just a bit tired and nervous. To the last question I answer " Yes, just as we were walking down the hallway I felt my first one." She finally gets to the point and asks "Do you want to know it's gender?" Me and Peeta reply "Yes" at exactly the same time causing him to chuckle and me to, believe it or not, giggle. Ugh, I hate pregnancy hormones. The doctor takes out the ultra-sound gel. I lift my shirt up and when she puts the cold gel on my stomach I don't even flinch. The monitor comes to life and the doctor gasps. I'm not sure why though. After two pregnancies I still can never tell what I'm looking at. Apparently Peeta feels that too, because he says "What is it?" "Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Mellark, your having triplets. Um, from the looks of it, it's two girls and one boy. I can't help myself, these darn pregnancy hormones, I start to cry in joy and so many tears pile up in my eyes I can't see at all. Peeta looks at me with a smile I've only seen when I had given birth to Lila and Kaeden. "Triplets "I whisper, almost inaudible, but Peeta picks it up. "I know"
