*beeb* beeb*
Ugh. I rolled over. Someone was calling me. I looked at the time. 3:00am. Who the fuck calls someone at 3 in the fucking morning? I looked at the contact. Jack. Well that answers my question, sorta. I groaned and picked up my phone.
"Fuck Jack, it's not that hard to walk 10 steps to my door and open it." I yawned.
"I thinks Nate's still awake" he whispered
"Oh... Hang on" I ended the call and crept out of my bed. My bare legs were blasted by the sudden drop in temperature. Damn you drafty house. I grabbed my jacket off the end of my bed and put it on, hugging it tightly to my torso. As I opened the door and checked for Nate. The light was on in his room. Ok, 10 steps and I'm at jacks door.
1. 2. 3. *creak* shit.
4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.
I opened the door and slipped in.
Jack was sitting up in the spare bed. His shirtless torso slightly showing from under the blanket. I felt my face heat up, luckily it wasn't noticeable. The room was too dimly lit.

Jacks POV
I looked up. I could see her figure in the dim light coming from the window behind me.
"(Y/N) I wanted to talk to you without Nate listening in." I said, patting the empty spot on the bed for her to sit down. She nodded and walked towards me. I held out my arm and let her lean up against me.
"I dare you to kiss me" I whispered in her ear.
"Excuse me?" She spun her head to look at me. Her eyes glistening in the light of the outside world. Damn she was so beautiful.
In that moment all time stopped. This girl I had only just met in person was right in front of me. Looking directly at me. In that moment all the Skype calls and late night pondering, rolled away. And I was left with this person, who I felt like I'd known my entire life.
I leant in, pulling her face closer to mine.
"JACK! WHAT THE FUCK MAN!" Nate screamed. I turned to look at him. He was standing in the doorway, obviously furious.
"Oh shit" (Y/N) mumbled to herself, before getting up and leaving the room.
Dammit, I was so close to kissing her.
