Ok! I'm back, and the reason why I'm always late is because I run three channels. One on YouTube and two in Wattpad. Ya. Ok! Let's get started! Facts first:
1- Your menstrual cycle can be cast as normal from 21 - 35 days
2- On average, when bleeding becomes regular, it usually lasts five days. Be careful though
3- On the first year of your period, your cycle will usually last from seven to ten days
4- Bleeding is usually heaviest on the first two days
5- Young women usually get bad lower stomach cramps before and during their first period
6- As soon as one period finishes, the egg immediately starts to become thicker again unless fertilised / get pregnant
7- About twelve to sixteen days before next period, an egg is released from the ovary. This is called ovulation, and some women feel sharp pains in the side of their stomachs at this time
8- This egg travels across the Fallopian tube to the uterus. The egg only survived for about twenty-four hours if it is not fertilised by sperm
9- If fertilisation does not happen, then hormone levels will drop, and you will get your period
10- Losing blood from your period will not hurt you, even if it seems like a lot. It all depends on how much you weigh and it will quickly be replaced by the blood forming cells
