Derek was feeling better after his little session with his mate. Stiles had just left and he was still in a pro-sex bliss as his other half reluctantly drove home.
Well that was until his uncle stormed in.
"SOMEONE WAS IN MY APARTMENT-your sheets smell of cum by the way-THEY SMELT OF SILVER AND GUN POWDER." Peter rambled, getting Derek's full attention.
"What?"
Peter looked irritated as he stopped to catch his breath. "Hunters. My apartment. I'm crashing here." He wheezed.
Derek grumbled a little but reluctantly agreed anyway. Peter basically lived here anyway.
Peter stopped by the door on his way out. "Try not to fuck on the furniture, keep it in the bed please. This may not be my place but your innocent little sister does live here too. I imagine you wouldn't want her... smelling or-god forbid-hearing the stuff you do here."
Derek shuddered at the thought and took his uncles opinion into account. For once.

They found Peters place but it didn't really have anything incriminating there. Peter did have wolfsbane and silver bullets but he did not have human body parts in his fridge, just some left over Taco Bell.
And so they sat in the guest room of the Stilinski residence, disappointed while Sam broke out on the keyboard in the living room because the Wi-Fi was better there.
Dean was on his second beer when Cas spoke up.
"Dean."
Dean turned lazily on his swivel chair to meet his penetrating gaze.
"Yeah Cas?"
The angel shifted uncomfortably which was a bit of a surprise since the guy always looked so sure of himself.
"You are uh... 'holding something back', as they would say."
Dean shrugged, trying to look as nonchalant as possible.
"Nope. I'm an open book my friend."
Castiel frowned. "I don't even have to read your mind to know that what you are saying is a lie."
"Nah, Cas." He said leaning towards him, his voice gruff. "I've got nothing to say to you man, unless there is something you wanna say to me instead?" He offered, moving his face closer to the other mans, staring into his eyes or rather, surveying their colour.
The angel tilted his head in a questioning manner, trying to figure out the hunter by reading his expression rather than his mind. It has been taught to him that reading other peoples minds without their permission was impolite. His gaze mostly stayed on Deans eyes, Castiel personally liked their colour but his eyes occasionally flickered to his lips, those being interesting to him as well.
Their steady, yet intimate gaze was interrupted by Sam.
"Hey guys so-" he stopped looking between the two of them in confusion. "Uh, am i interrupting something or...?"
"No," Dean got up, his eyes still locked on the angel's. "I was just gonna say we should get some more beer."

Stiles walked into the loft to greet Derek, talking as he walked over to the bed he was lying in.
"So I talked to Argent, none of his guys know anything about what happened with Peters place."
Derek sat up and as soon as Stiles was in grabbing distance he yanked him onto the bed, enveloping him in a koala-like hug making him let out a hmph! sound.
"I missed you" Derek whined.
Stiles smiled, his fingers tracing Derek's shirtless torso. "Its been three hours but i missed you too"
Peter walked in, ignoring Derek's protective growl as Stiles told him what he told Derek.
That fact that none of argents men hadn't gone through Peters apartment raised the question as to who really did.
"Hunters?" Derek mused, his grip on the boy steady.
Peter frowned. "Probably. But usually hunters try to talk to other hunters in the area or at least make their presence known to them. These guys must be working alone."
Lone hunters were bad. Lone hunters could not be reasoned with and they were tough little barstards to squash.
"Maybe we can get Argent to talk to them?" Stiles asked hopefully, he didn't want any more problems with anyone anymore but he knew that there would be no easy way of avoiding such a situation.
Derek shook his head. "Thing about these hunters is that if they had wanted to talk to Argent, they would've already done it. The family is well known to other hunters so word would get out. I think these guys know exactly what they're doing."

"I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!" Dean shouted in the empty house.
Sam and Cas were out for a beer run so Dean had to sort himself out and quickly.
He wanted Cas. He didn't know what this meant for him but all he knew is that he was very attracted to the confused angel man. Did that mean he was gay? He still liked girls but instead of blonde haired beauties with brown eyes and gorgeous tans, a certain trench coat wearing celestial being frequented his dreams.
And they were the kind of dreams that left him sweaty, awkward and sometimes even sticky in the morning.
Those types of dreams.
"You look like you need a beer." John commented as he sat down in the kitchen. Dean had no idea how he didn't notice the man getting in.
"Sam and Cas are getting more." Dean sighed, sitting opposite the man.
The sheriff tilted his head. "I imagine the problem you seem to have has nothing to do with the FBI?"
Dean gave him a questioning look which made the sheriff chuckle. "I know the difference between the 'I'm-sad-because-i-cant-catch-a-killer' face and the 'I'm-sad-because-my-wife-left-me' face. I see that stuff everyday."
John gave him a warm smile. "Maybe I can help, son."
Dean returned the smile a little. "There is a person on the force. I don't know if its my imagination but i think they are into me, and I dont know if im into them its just that... i don't know if i have the time for it or if it'd be safe for them you know? And i can barely admit to myself i like them."
"So what's his name then?"
Dean choked on air.
"What?! How did you..?" He trailed off.
John grinned. "I haven't seen someone talk to me with gender-neutural terms since my son tried to ask me about a guy he liked." He patted Deans hand and moved to the doorway. "I honestly do not see the problem here Dean, if the guy is on the force like you say then he can protect himself just as well as you can. And if your heart tells you that he's into you... well just listen to your heart, kid. Nothing bad can come of that."
Dean highly doubted that.
