Description: common, large leafed plant with a tangy smell and taste
Location: Grows best in leafy areas, but doesn't grow well in mountains
Usage: Chewed up and applied to scratches. Similar to sorrel. Also can be put in one's nest during sleep.
Effects: Soothes scratches, though it stings when applied. Soothes sore pads. If placed in nests, it can ease the pain of wounds.

Location: Found in numerous places, ecspecially in dry soil near the sea and on riverbanks
Usage: Stalks are broken and juice is squeezed into the reciever's mouth
Effects: Helps pain in the hips
