Chapter 10: Explanation

Evan pov

   Running after mini I run to the bathroom to see that Jonathan is with mini so I say he could leave so Jon and I are alone.

   It was silent so I started talking "so what was that about and are you alright?" He looks at me then says "I'm fine and I guess I have to tell everyone so I'll say it when we get back in there."

I nod and when he finishes we start to walk back to the rink in silence. When we get there I see mini making the motion of spitting so I think he's talk about Jon spitting blood to Tyler.

   Then all of a suddenly Jon says "I'm sorry for yelling at Tyler and I'll explain everything." We all stand in front of him and wait patiently.

   "Well in South Carolina I made a bad decision and I got into a car crash and since it was head one when I hit the steering wheel with a impact was big."

   He looks at all of us then continues "my rib cage was pushed back in the crash and I can't really get out of breath or it will crush my lungs and that's why I can't do gym. The only reason I can do this is because I'm going to play as distracter so I don't get out of breath."

   We all looked shocked 'In so worried that he will die.' We all just start what we were doing again (but no without some 'sorry' (I mean Evan you are in Canada) or 'are you okay') but I got up to Jonathan and hug him he seems to have frozen.

   After practice we all get ready for the party so I put a a nice red shirt and black jeans (you gotta get a little dressed up) and my vans.

   I then get in my car and start driving to Luke's place. 'Maybe I could tell Jonathan about how I feel now!'

Getting excited I drive a little faster to Luke's. 'let's just hope he accepts it.'

Jonathan pov

Dressing up for the party I wear a dark blue dress shirt (knowing the party wasn't going to be like the ones in Carolina. Those were crazy)
And black skinny jeans with my blue sneakers.

Isa made insisted that she did my hair and fluffed my hair saying it was hot then left (also cleaned my glasses for once). I then starts walking to my motorcycle I remember I don't have my keys I walk back in the house.

When I walk back in I hear Tyler telling Isa about my rib cage and shit. I just go upstairs and grab my keys then jog back down.

Getting on my motorcycle I start driving and thinking how I should act. 'Probably shouldn't drink and no getting crazy at all. Yeah responsible Jon!'

Getting to Luke's house I walk up to the door and take time to breath. 'This is it I haven't done this in almost two years. Let's do this.'
