Begging

"Louisa, wake up!" Daphne exclaimed, shaking my shoulder.

"5 more minutes, Dad." I mumbled.

"I'm not your dad and it's time for breakfast!" Daphne shouted, shaking my shoulder harder.

"I'm up! I'm up!" I shouted, bolting up.

"Good. I'll wait for you in the common room." Daphne said and left.

Sighing, I got up and went to the bathroom. I did my routine and put on a blue shirt, shorts and pink flats. I wore my gloves and went downstairs.

"Why do you keep wearing gloves?" Daphne asked.

"Because...umm...I always get cold." I lied.

She suspiciously looked at me but nodded. She took my wrist and dragged me outside.

"Why are you in such a hurry?" I asked her.

Before she could reply, I heard a familiar voice said, "Well, well, well. Look what we have here; a pureblooded Greengrass and a sickening mudblooded Lupin."

"That's why." I heard Daphne mutter.

"What do you want, Malfoy?" I said, facing him.

I noticed he was with Crabbe, Goyle and Pug-face.

"Nothing. Just wanted to ask Greengrass here why she's hanging around a mudblood." He said.

"Because she's my friend." Daphne said.

"Whatever. How did you got in Slytherin anyway, mudblood?" He sneered.

"Like I said to pug-face last night; Ask the sorting hat! And by the way, I'm a half-blood, Draco. Not muggleborn!" I exclaimed.

I took Daphne by wrist and dragged her to the great hall. Daphne sat down beside Blaise, who was already eating, and I sat down across them.

"What got your wand in a knot?" Blaise asked.

"Draco bloody Malfoy! He's such a git!" I exclaimed.

"Ignore him, Louisa. He's just begging for attention." Blaise said.

"Who's attention? Me? Why?" I asked.

"You didn't hear?" He asked.

I shook my head no.

"A lot of people talked about you yesterday. Some people already labeled you as Hogwarts' Queen." He continued.

"WHAT?! WHY?!" I yelled, not caring the strange looks people were giving me.

"How should I know? All I heard was almost the whole school thinks you're gorgeous. Some thinks you're a veela." He said.

"People already labeled me as Hogwarts' Queen when I just arrived yesterday? Merlin! They must have hit their head hard somewhere." I said.

Blaise just shrugged and we continued eating. After eating, I said to them, "Hey, guys, I'm just gonna go somewhere."

They just nodded and I left. I went to Dumbledore's office when I realised that I don't know where it is.

"Damn!" I mumbled.

I continued walking when I bumped into someone.

"Sorry." I said.

Looking up, I saw the teacher with greasy hair.

"Be careful where you are going next time." He said. I nodded.

He was about to leave when I shouted, "Professor, wait!"

He faced me and asked, "What?"

"Do you know where Professor Dumbledore's office is?" I asked.

"Follow me." He said.

He continued walking with me following him. We then reached in front, of what looked like a gargoyle, and he said, "Sherbet Lemon." and the gargoyle stepped aside and revealed a staircase.

But that wasn't what shocked me, it was the password. I mean, Sherbet Lemon? Really? I thought the password might be a little bit, I dunno, complicated? Not candy related? Something between those lines.

"Knock before you enter." Professor said, snapping me out of my thoughts and left.

I climbed up the stairs and saw a wooden door. Before I could knock, the door opened. I entered the room and saw Professor Dumbledore by his desk. His office was amazing, with the moving paintings, weird instruments and collection of books.

"What brings you here, Louisa?" He asked.

"Um...I wanted to ask you something." I said.

"What is it?"

"May I have my own room?"

"Why make such a request?"

"Because I don't feel comfortable with other girls in the room."

"Is that all?"

"No. Uhh..." I tried to think of an excuse but nothing came out.

"Well?"

Sighing, I said, "OK. Professor, the truth is..."
