I don't think anyone has ever contemplated the courage it takes for a butterfly to break out of its cocoon or a baby chick to hatch. If you think about it, its an incredible feat for something so small and fragile. And of course once the little ones are out they can't go back in, subject to all getting hurt in a multitude of ways.
