I hear shouting and see Petra slapping my dad against a wall. I slide down the banister, drag her and throw her to the ground. My dad stares at me and so does a bleeding Petra. "How did you manage that"? Petra gasps. I kick her. I lean down to her face. "Trust me Petra, I ma be 3 weeks pregnant but I'm still just as nimble" I say and pull my dad up. I sit him on the bench and grab some medical supplies from the cupboard. I start putting cream on his red arms and cheeks. He flinches when I start rubbing it in. I go softer and he sighs. I glance at him and he stares at my stomach. He sighs. "Go faster". He whispers, thinking I can't hear him. "Patience Papa. The child will come soon enough". I say. I gasp. "I haven't seen Mama in 3 weeks". I say and my father stands up. "Get your 3DMG and uniform on. Regroup here in ten minutes". He says. "Papa does Mama know what happened to me"? I say he sighs and nods. "She hasn't been notified of your pregnancy yet". He says and I run to my room. I find my dad on his horse. I climb on mine and we start trotting off. I start singing a song my mother taught me. My father knew it as well and started singing. My long black hair flies behind me and me and my Papa break into laughter. We trot through the gates and our normal stoic selves comeback. We leave our horses at a stable. i knock on my mother's door and my father stands there. My mother envelopes me in a hug and sighs. She looks at my father and sighs. "Rivalle". She says. "Touka". He replies and we walk in. My mother offers me some wine and I shake my head. "I've got someone to keep healthy". I say and pat my slightly swollen stomach, my mother growls. "You're my daughter no more". She growls. She points. "Get out this house both of you"! She screams and we run out. I stand there. "Goodbye Mama". I whisper and start walking away.
