Serena's POV:
Interrogation 1: Ms. Todd
"Good morning, Ms. Todd. I know this is somewhat an inconvenience but it will be quick and painless."
"No problem at all. I just want to find those girls and prevent the others from leaving."
"Leaving?"
"Yes, I think the girls ran away. There is nothing I can do to stop them but I need to know they're safe. I also want to prevent the others from leaving. They are not fully rehabilitated yet and for them to leave would be a big mistake."
"Do you think there is a chance that the girls were taken?"
"Oh, no. In the twenty years I've been doing this I've had at least ten girls up and leave without a word. The difference here is three girls have gone missing in one month. There is something unnatural about it."
"I thought you just said you believe they just left and it was their own decision."
"I do believe it was their decision to leave, but I also believe there is some reason for them to all leave at the same time. This place is supposedly haunted ya' know."
"Haunted?"
"Yes, haunted. Of course it's just some camp fire horror tale the kids like to tell. But you never know. Maybe it's real and that's what's scaring off the girls."
"Well thank you for your time, Ms. Todd."
"My pleasure, Ms. Jeffries."
Interrogation 2: Joanna
"Hello Joanna. I am Serena Jeffries. I'm gonna ask you a few questions if that's alright with you."
"Sure, whatever."
"Were you friends with any of the girls who went missing?"
"They didn't go missing, they ran away from this shithole. I don't blame them."
"If it's such a shithole then why have you stuck around?"
"It's either this or juvy."
"Well maybe if you are helpful I can put in a good word for you."
"Could you really do that?"
"Definitely."
"I was friends with Samantha and Zoey. Marina was a bit odd though. She would never talk to any of us. She just had a doll that she called her sister. If she were five it wouldn't have been so weird, but she was fifteen. It was honestly really creepy."
"Do you think any of these girls had a reason to run away?"
"No. We are treated pretty well here. I just hate that they have on such a tight leash. I can't wipe my ass without them looking over my shoulder."
"I see how that could be irritating. I'm sorry. Well you have been helpful so thank you."
"No problem."
