"Why are you always sleeping?" Chris asks which wakes me up almost screaming. I had one of those dreams where your falling about to hit the ground but you don't. Some how you always mange not to.

I groan and I flip over so I'm on my back, "I'm sorry if sleeping if the only fun thing to do in this house beside watching birds fly around outside."

"You could ask to do something fun." Chris says shrugging before sitting down on the bed.

"Nah I'm good. I rather stay as bored if I means I don't have to be anyyy where near you." I say sitting up, "See when we first met I was infatuated with you, now you're nothing other then the guy well wolf who took me away from my life."

Its not even moments later that I feel a fist making contact with my face. I fall out of bed, landing on the floor with a loud bang. My face stings and my side begins hurting worse then it already did.

I should probably learn to keep my mouth shut if I want to stay alive much longer. I mentally laugh. Nah, where's the fun in keeping quite and keeping my head down?

I grab my side and I sit up, "H-how did you get the scars on your f-face?"

So far I've learned that Chris will stop hitting me if I change the topic entirely.

I didn't want to sound scared of him but honestly it makes since. I am scared of him. This guy could take my life at any moment, probably without much hesitation.

"Hm interesting topic to bring up," He says running his finger across his scar on his right cheek, "These scars are from when my dad beat me."

I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

He points to the scar across his eyebrow, "My dad threw a plate at me for not washing it fast enough."

I nod, "Is he still alive?"

Chris turns to me and shakes his head no, "Nope I murdered him after he came home from a bar drunk. He took a fire poker and beat me with it. That night I turned into a wolf for the first time and I ripped his throat out and then his heart."

I take a breath that I unknowingly was holding in, "You must have been so s-scared."

A terrifying grin arrears across his face, "Actually it was the greatest feeling in the world. The blood pouring everywhere after I ripped his heart out. Ah I wish I could relive the moment just one more time."

I swallow the spit at the back of my mouth. He is a killer.

Chris scoots across the bed and stands up, "How's your side?"

I let go of it but the pain comes rushing back so I quickly grab it again, "It hurts so much."

Chris laughs, "I would give you some pain killers but you've been a bad girl."

I raise my eyebrow, "How? I haven't broken any of your rules!"

He smirks, "Exactly."

He grabs my arm tightly and yanks me off of the ground. I scream in agony, my side really hurts. He unlocks the door and pulls me out of the room. I try looking around but everything is moving so fast. I can barley breath.

Everything comes to me when I get thrown on grass. I sit up grabbing my side tightly.

He grabs my arm and yanks me up again, "I'm giving you a ten second head start to run to the edge of this gravel rode. If I catch you before you make it to the end, you're dead. If you run past the edge of the gravel rode, I'll kill you."

I can't really see anything. Its night and there's no lights! The moon isn't even out tonight!

Chris lets my arm go, "Ten...nine...eight..."

I take off in a bolt ignoring the pain rushing threw my body. I hear the sound of bones cracking from behind me. I turn around but I can't see anything. I take a deep breath before I start running again.

The sound of gravel echo's though out the area, its quite loud.I hear Chris right behind me, I can't stop. I need to keep going.

I'm about to cross of the edge of the gravel when I feel multiple sharp objects entering my leg. I fall to the ground screaming and wailing. I smack my arms and legs on the gravel but the pain won't stop.

I hear bones cracking, "To bad you didn't make it."

I try moving but the pain takes over and then the darkness engulfs me sending me into a state quite like death.
