Chapter 3

Ayo's Continued Pov

I basically run upstairs, jumping 2 steps at a time. I bust into Teo's room and saw he was sleep with his phone next to him. I slid the iphone out his hand and put it on the dresser then ran to the bathroom and filled a water pitcher of cold water. I ran back in the room and dumped it all on him. He plummeted up grabbing the first thing he saw, which happened to be a basketball. He threw the basketball at me hard and yelled "Dude what the fuck bro!!!" I just stared at him with anger. "Dude what was that for? Its like 11:00 at night"  I stared at him harder. "You know what that was for" I said in the coldest voice I could stir up. "She ain't have to kiss you nigga, ya ain't a couple. Why you leave her like that?" I asked "Cause I was hurt, I felt something for her. I felt she was using me for my fame and money" I scoffed hearing that. I paused for a long time "Number 1 you are 17 get your high yellow butt together and get out your fucking feelings. Number 2 how the fuck she using you for your money and fame when she didn't even know who the fuck we were.Bruh you ain't even famous. We don't...Ion even know what to say to you...Just fix this" I said and with that, I stormed out the room slamming the door behind me.

Asia Pov
I called my mom asking her if she could come pick me up because I didn't feel like walking home from the mall. 13 minutes later she pulled up in front of me. "Hey sweetie everything ok? Your eyes are a little bit puffy and red. Like you've been crying" I managed a fake laugh "cus I was eating some really spicy chicken wings" Wow that was the quickest lie I have ever thought of. She nodded and pulled off.

I plopped on my bed and just took a huge breath of something other than mall air. I sat up to put my shoes teo payed for away and realized teo grabbed the wrong bag. I had his shoes. I just left the box in the bag and went to take a shower. When I got out I just went straight to bed but I couldn't sleep. My mind was just everywhere with its thoughts. It's not fair because I spent so much time and effort building this barrier around my heart and I let it down so easily. I let it down so easy that a stranger broke the whole barrier. One thing my mom always told me though was "It took 9 months for your heart to form, don't let it be broken by 1 person." And if that ain't the truth then I don't know what is.

~Next morning
Still Asia Pov
I woke up to the smell of bacon and pancakes. I smiled at how much I love my mom. I walked downstairs as expected to see my mom cooking breakfast for me and her. I took a seat at the counter as she put a plate with sausage, egg, pancakes, and bacon in front of me. She gave me the syrup and then put a mug of peppermint hot chocolate in front of me.She did the same for herself then sat across from me. A few bites in she said very calmly "spill the beans asia" I looked at her "huh?" I was so confused and then all the memories of last night flooded into my mind. The kiss, him buying me shoes, us exchanging numbers, him walking off, me crying. I broke down in tears and told my mother everything. "He will come through, and what I tell you bout crying over boys" She gave me a playful tap on my wrist. I laughed and she passed me a napkin. I wiped away my tears and continued eating my breakfast. I went upstairs and changed into something casual and scrolled through insta. I noticed lots of people were going crazy over this song "Lit right now" and that a bunch of people were dancing to the song.  I watched one of the dance videos and my jaw dropped when I realized it sounded very similar to Ayo and Teo and the artists mentioned ayo and teo's name in the song a few times. So then I clicked the first name the person dancing in that video tagged. When it opened I saw teo. I happened to gasp when I saw how many followers he had. He had about 1.4 million followers. I talked to someone that famous...wow. I looked through some of his pictures and videos for a few minutes but didn't like any picture's since he was mad at me. He was a really great dancer too. I watched a video of him dancing to bad and bougiee with ayo and they were very great dancers. So come to find out the song was there's and so was two other one's. "Reverse like dih" and "Rolex" and one so to come. I needed some time to let this all sink in so I exited out of instagram and went on snapchat. I posted a picture of me with a sad face and just decided to go back to the mall to do some more shopping. As I was putting on a pair of olive green Adidas I got a text. It read

Big Bro👊: Teo told me to tell you, you have his shoes

Butterscotch:✨💋: I have his shoes or he grabbed one of the shoe bags trying to storm off and grabbed the wrong one.

Big Bro👊: Can me and you just meet at panera and exchange shoes?

Butterscotch:✨💋: ok whatever. Fine

Butterscotch:✨💋: what did I do wrong to get him so mad? Why did he leave like that?

Big Bro👊: Look Asia I don't know what you did or what he did but for once I'm pretty sure he was in the wrong. But I'm gonna find a way to make him and you fix this

Butterscotch:✨💋: 👍

Big Bro👊: Matter of fact like we originally was gonna do just meet me at panera, I have a plan

I read the texts over in my head and prayed that whatever Ayo has up his sleeve goes well.
