As I entered Wizard County, I felt eyes follow me. There were toddlers running around, and playing with their parents. Nice, big houses had filled the area. There was everything you needed, and if you took a left, there was a big shopping zone! But, not far off, was the biggest building of them all, even bigger than the Headmasters House. Before I could read the sign, my Mother pulled me away, and we walked the opposite direction to the Headmasters House.
We walked down a thick, bright hallway, until we reached big double doors. My mom knocked on the door. Surprising to her, it was open. We walked inside, my mother called out, "Professor King? Are you here?" She questioned.
A young man walked in, with chestnut brown hair, hazel eyes, and freckles. "Let me call him for you. I am Luke, Professor King's grandson. I will be right back." he said formally. Luke exited the room, and called for his grandfather. Now, an old man, with a small, white beard, connecting to his mustache, with brown eyes, and wrinkles everywhere, had entered the room. My mom had bowed down, so I quickly did the same.
"Well, well, well. Look who it is. Veronica Carter. What a delight. I see you brought a young guest." Professor King spoke, with no hesitations.
"Hello, Professor King. I am here because, my daughter, Evelyn, had found out she was a wizard." She spoke nervously, I could tell. She was squeezing my hand so hard, that it turned red!
"Did you tell her? Because I told you not to." He said, angrily.
"No," I replied. "I found out on my own."
"Very well then. You're family will be moving here. And you will be attending All-Star Academy. First, you must learn how to control your powers. So, Luke here, will work with you over the rest of break." Professor King added. I was shocked. He was giving me all this information. "Well, off you go then. The address of your new house is this. Veronica will show you how it works." He snapped his fingers, and the great doors behind us opened. We exited.
We finally arrived at 23 Mulberry Lane, but there was nothing there. "So, just think i=of your dream house, and then snap your fingers." She spoke. I thought of our old house, how big, but cozy it was. SNAP, I had done it. My "dream" house had appeared!
Soon, we left Wizard County and went back to our old house to get Dad. Looking back as we left, I knew I was going to have some fun adventures.
