As I drove back to Joe's Diving and Ascending shop I looked over at Laura and Robert. "Do we all agree that we shouldn't tell anyone about this?" I asked them. "Agreed." they responded. We sat in an awkward silence for a bit until Robert said "Did it hurt, Like when your (Robert paused for a moment to think) soul was being sucked out?" He said this nervously like we shouldn't talk about it. "Yeah, it did." I replied. "It did to me." Laura confirmed. Robert looked at Laura and I for a minute now seeming more relaxed. "Good to know" he said. We drove on smiling. It was all over.
