After the little girl woke up, I gave her one of my only healing potions and she instantly gulped the entire thing down. " So what's your name?" I asked cautiously, seeing the look in her eyes that closely resembled the look that prey makes when frightened. She drops the empty bottle at the sound of my voice. I walk towards her to pick up the bottle and she scoots back, scared, and glances at the door of the little shack that I quickly made after she passed out.   "Don't be scared" I said," I just want to help." The wild animal look fades a bit, but she still doesn't talk. "Can you talk?" I ask. Still no answer. All of a sudden, Damon breaks in and starts jumping all over the little girl. She seems upset at first, but then a look of happiness breaks out on her face. Dogs just have that effect on people. I have to get more food so I hand her some paper to draw on (that's what little kids usually do right) and leave Damon there to assure that she doesn't leave. I also leave some cobblestone at the door for some more reinforcement.

I come back to be greeted by the little girl cuddling with Damon in front of the fire fast asleep. On the table, I see pictures that she drew. I pick them up,and slowly flip through them. The first is her family, just like I had suspected, she had two sisters and her parents. Their names are labeled and I find that hers is Anna. The others are of butterflies, flowers, and Damon and her. I notice that she has quite some talent in the drawing department and keep the one of Damon. The last one, however, catches my eye. It is the man that I saw after my home was destroyed, except with his cloak off. His hands are covered in the blood of her family members and he is floating in the air just like he had when I saw him, but it was the face that scared me. Not the glowing white eyes, but a face that I saw every time I looked in the mirror.
