"Undyne, calm down," Papyrus called to his hyperactive girlfriend.
The scientist didn't listen as she ran across the floor, blueprints spilling from her arms. "Pap I am on the verge of breakthrough discovery!" she squealed.
Papyrus bent over to grab one of the blueprints she had dropped and glanced over it. He walked over to the table where Undyne was hunched over, deciphering the prints. He set the out line down. "How do you know this will even work?"
Undyne's fins fluttered at his words. "I don't!" She slammed her hands down on the table closing some of the blueprints. She turned and placed a hand on Papyrus's shoulder, looking dramatically off into the distance. "But SCIENCE!" she shouted, "Science will prevail."
She looked over at the skeleton who had raised an eyebrow at her. "Wh-what's that look for?"
Papyrus shrugged, "Don't know, you've got that weird look in your eyes and I'm wondering if I should have the first aid kit handy."
She pushed his shoulder playfully, "Shut up Bonehead."
She went back to the table looking over the papers carefully, "Now are you going to give me a hand with this or not, and I swear to Toriel if you throw your hand at me I will permanently disassemble it."
Behind her she heard Papyrus pop his wrist back into place. He sighed, "You know me too well Dyne. I'll get the first aid kit then we'll get to work."
A/N: Okay Hi guys! I was trying a different style for Undyne. I have this little headcannon that when Undyne gets into the zone she doesn't stutter. Meh idk. Hope you guys like it along with the little blurb about these guys and as always let me know what you think.
