Benevolent-Wishing to do good.

I picked up the two bags of presents that I brought for the boys, and put them in the back of my car, I grabbed my wallet, keys, and phone. I walked into the lounge room, feeling like I had forgotten something, I looked down at the couch, and smiled, before picking up the teddy bear I bought with the presents yesterday, just in-case the bitter old women decided to leave one poor kid out. I quickly locked my door, before getting into the car, placing the teddy in the passenger seat, and heading in the direction of the orphanage.

I pulled up outside the orphanage, picking up the teddy bear from the passengers seat, and I grabbed out the bags as-well. I walked up to the door and walked in. I put the bags down, rang the bell, and waited.

"Oh, you actually came back?" the old women asked when she walked in.

"Yes, of course I did"

"Well then, lets go see the brats"

She led me through to the back, into a small room with a couch and toys all over the place.

"ANNA!" her shrill voice yelled. Out came a girl that looks to be in her mid twenties, with warm chocolate brown eyes and pale skin, brown straight hair, pulled back into a pony tail.

"Yes Dianne?" the girl questioned

"Help me get the brats, he wants to give them presents" Dianna said pointing to me. The girl nodded before walking up some stairs in the corner, while Dianne went out the back.

I looked around the room and my eyes land on a small figure in the corner, sitting on an old torn up blue blanket, with stains all over it. I watched as he picked up a blue dummy with a large whole in it, and what looked like dirt on it, and placed it in his mouth. He pulled the dummy back out, scrunched his face up, and stuck out his little tongue in disgust, before putting the dummy back in his mouth. I smiled at how cute he was, I continued watching the small boy, and noticed how as soon as he heard the other boys coming, he pulled his chubby little legs up to his chest and placed his face on his knees, and started to whimper and shake. Why was the small boy so scared of the other boys? I wondered.

"Would you like to give out the presents?" the girl Anna asked me

"No, it's fine you can" I said smiling, I gave her the two bags, and kept the teddy in my hand. I watched as Dianne and Anna started handing out the gifts, I started heading towards the small boy in the corner. I crouched down in front of him, he looked at me before trying to move further into the corner, I softly smiled at him, and decided to sit next to him. He shuffled away from me a little and hid his face in his knees, but moved his head to the left, so he could peak through his arms at me.

"Hello buddy, how are you?" I asked, while getting no response, the boy looked to be at the age of about one, so maybe he can't talk yet, but I continued talking to him anyway.

"So what's your name? I'm Harry" I said smiling, I continued to just sit with him for a while, waiting for Dianne, or Anna to bring one of the presents to him. I noticed that it had gone suddenly quite, looking up, I realised all the kids had left the room, and Anna was folding up the bags that the presents came in. I looked around to see none of the presents I bought left, I looked down at the teddy in my hands.

"I bought you something" I said to the little boy still looking at me through his arms, "Here" I said putting the teddy out in front of him, he looked at the teddy, then at me wearily, as his small chubby hand slowly reached out, I nodded and smiled at him as his hand grabbed onto the teddy, and took it to his chest, rubbing his face on the teddy's soft fur.

I just sat in the boys company for quite some time, until I noticed he had started squirming and moving around a lot, I looked at him closely and realised his legs were now clenched tightly together, and his little hand was grabbing onto his groin. I smiled at him softly knowing he has to go to toilet, as Lux does the exact same thing when she needs to go, but doesn't want to because she's too busy playing. But it doesn't quite make sense, because he would be wearing diaper, so it shouldn't matter.
