Adrien x Marinette- A promise that I can't break

The Promise

Mari and Adrien were playing outside and their perants were inside talking about something they obviously didn't understand.

"Mari?" She turned to face the little blonde, and smiled and replied "whats up little man?" He looked at her with a little pout but soon lightens his face up and smirked as if he thought of the best plan ever.

Adrien 's POV.

As soon I heard Mari say little man I just wanted to run to my perants l, until I got a idea, I smirked as I thought about it more. "Hey Mari? How about we make a deal?" I smirked. "Sure, what type of deal?" Then I laughed. 'Wrong move Mari', I thought smirking. "How about this if I grow tall like this, you have to promise to marry me!" I reached up over her head and she looked at me blushing, then she smirked playfully "okay, I know you will never grow taller than me, I me look at me" He then looked at me as she asked him to.

I heard my perants laugh as they heard our little, well big deal I looked at them as I relised my dad and her dad came up to me. "Mari, you should have rethought what you just said. Men and boys are usually taller" Mar's father laughed, and so did my dad.

Mari's POV.

"W-wait! I change my mind I don't wann-"

"Too late Marinette you made a promise and we keep our promises" my father cut me off and laughed, I glared at him, I looked at Adrien who was laughing "looks like you are stuck with my Mari!" I felt a blush coming so I stoped away and got into my house and into my room slamming the door. I flopped myself onto my bed and hit my pillow, then I felt sorry for it so I stoped. I reached over to my desk and began writing into my dairy.

Afew minute's later.

"Mariii~ I am coming in!" I heard Adrien outside my door and I let out a "tch" the door opened and I saw Adrien with his cute smile which made me smile too. "What do you want short-" "don't you mean hunky? Since I am going to grow tall? Taller than you?~" I glared at Adrien, he acts like a baby but has a mind of a grown man.. "you can't be sure about anything yet Adrien, my dad said sometimes men are taller. Not all the time!" I then smirked and then came up to me then I moved back giving him a look that says 'personal space plz' but he cornered me and I start to blush.

"I know~ but.." now he was just too close his face was close to mine. (BTW their kids so yah weird lol) Then my mum came in, and saw our little situation. "Daniel! Come quick! Look aren't they just adorable?!" My mum.. was fangirling over this?! I couldn't belive her! I heard my dad come upstairs and he looked at our position and laughed all I could do was just glad at him " Okay! That's enough shorty! Get off me!" I demanded, my perants stop laughing and Adrien's smirk vanished and turned into a frown "I was only joking around Mari.." I let out a small "tch" and then I heard his perants call from downstairs. "Come on Adrien! Our plane will be leaving in a few hours!" I forgot.. he is moving today.. moving to England for who knows how long, maybe this will be the last time I see Adrien.. I smirked "well, we'll looks like our deal is off then, isn't it?" He looked at me and smirked "don't think your getting out of our deal, just cause I am moving away, I will be back~" with that he got up and walked down stairs my perants following. I walked to my bed and cried whilst blushing. Even though I hate that shorty for making that deal, I am going to miss him.. more than you know..

I jumped out of my bed and ran down stairs opening the front door and saw Adrien about to get into the car, with that I ran to him.

Adrien ' s POV.

"ADRIEN!" I turned around suprised to find Mari running towards me, I stoped myself from getting into the car, then I fell on the floor with Mari on top hugging me, I felt a blush slowly creep up on my cheeks when I heard her say " I will wait for you" in between crying, I sat up and hugged her back wispering " I will be counting down the days, perr-inces~" I hugged her again before getting into the car, my perants looked at me and giggled, then I realised I was still blushing so I turned my head in embarrassment.
