CHAPTER 19: I'M NOTHING WITHOUT HER， I'LL WAIT FOR YOU

※MELIODAS' POV※

I have school today. I was walking to school. Every time I think of Elizabeth, I ended up being silent and always cry like when I was a kid.

"Meliodas!" I turned around and saw Elizabeth but she disappeared. It's my imagination. My mind is toying me. I continued walking to school. When I was in front of the school gate, The Sins and Liz were there and they greet me.

"Captain!" They said. Liz was sad.

"Liz, are you okay?" I asked.

"No," she said and her tears streamed down.

"Liz, do not worry. Princess says she will be back. So, it means we will see her again," Gowther said.

"Yeah," Liz sobbed and sobbed. After that, we went to our classroom. I sat down and looked at Elizabeth's seat. It was empty and cold. I kept staring at it when our teacher came in.

"Okay, class, please sit down," and so we did.

"Sadly, our silver-haired girl, Elizabeth, already went to England yesterday," she said. Why does she have to say it? I thought and with those words the 'Elizabeth already went to England', made me cry and the teacher saw me

"Meliodas? Is everything fine?" I asked. I shook my head.

"I know that you two broke up and I know how much you love her but, Meliodas, believe me, she still loves you. She said that after a few years, she'll return. So, don't worry, blondie," she said and everyone laughed.

"Ma'am, please don't call me blondie!" I said.

"But, I want to," she said and everyone keeps laughing. I know that she's doing this because she wanted me to cheer me up. But, no can do. Elizabeth can only make me happy.

"Cap'n, nice nickname," Ban said beside me.

"Shut up," I said and I hit my face on the desk. He stayed silent.

"Don't worry, blondie," Diane said in front of me.

"Diane, you, too?!" I said annoyed.

"So what, blondie?" She replied.

"Argh!"

~~~Time Skip~~~

I'm on my way home and I went in front of the school gate.

"Captain? What are you doing here? Aren't you going home?" King suddenly came.

"I'm waiting for Elizabeth," I said.

"But, Captain, she's at England," King said and my face turned into a sad face.

"Oh... yeah, you're right," I said sadly and I let a tear slipped.

"I'll be going home!" I said and ran.

"Elizabeth, please come back!" I said as I ran in tears. After running, I'm at my house. I didn't stop running. I ran and ran until I reached my room. I opened the door of my house, Hawk yelled.

"Shortie! You didn't wash the di-!" He was cut off when he saw me run towards my room in a flash.

"Elizabeth..." I cried.

"Meliodas?" Hawk entered.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"I'm just checking on you. Are you okay?" He asked

"No, actually... I'm nothing without her, Elizabeth, I'll wait for you,"
