Zach's POV
Today is the day I break up with Lorna. I reach her house and see Marks car. I open the door and go upstairs. Then I see Mark and Lorna making out. "Thanks for the heads up Lorna " I say. " Zach wait " Lorna yells out. " for what Lorna you cheated that's that were over" I say while my voice cracks " baby I'm sorry " Lorna says faintly. " if you were sorry you wouldn't have done it in the first place " I say. I get in my car. "Where are you going " Lorna yells. "To go find the person who actually loves me " I yell back. " and who's that " Lorna yells out. " your sister " I yell. Lorna was shocked I started the car and drove off.
Loren's POV
The doctor walks in. " Loren I'm afraid we have bad news " he says " what is it" I question. " your blood is showing signs of cancer " the doctor " also you have a brain tumor I'm sorry " the doctor tells me. He leaves and then my phone started to ring. " hello " I say "Loren guess what " Lorna says " what" I say back. " Zach and I broke up because I caught him cheating " Lorna says. " okay and why are you calling me" I say back. " because he's coming to the hospital to convince you that I was the one who cheated on him with Mark " Lorna says. " babe did you call my name " a voice in the back says. "Are you positive that Zach cheated " I say not convinced " yea " she says " ok so then who's that in the back " I say questioning her. " thats Mark " she says " okay goodbye " I say and hang up. Zach bust in my room. He runs over to me and kisses me. " why " I ask " why what " he asks " why did you cheat on my sister " I ask him " I didn't " he says. I look at him. " she called you " he says
I nod my head. " you believe her don't you " Zach ask me. I nod my head yes. "Now the one who really cared doesn't even believe me " Zach says. " Zach I'm just kidding I don't believe her " I say. "Okay good " he says. Zach walks over to my bed and grabs my hand " I need to tell you something " Zach says to me. I look up at him. His blue glossy eyes. "Zach don't cry " I say to him. A tear falls down his face. I wipe it away with my thumb. He reaches over to hug me but I grab his face and kiss him. After about 30 seconds he starts to kiss back. I break our kiss. " I don't want you to leave me like everyone else " Zach says faintly. " I'm not like that " I say. Zach gets up and sits on the chair next to me. There is an awkward silence in the room. So my mind tells me to say something but my mouth won't open. "I have a brain tumor and my blood cells are showing cancer " I blurt out. I didn't mean to say it. Zach looks at me and starts to cry and cry. I tried to get up and hug him. " no don't move " Zach said. I laid back down. " can you hand me my phone " I say. Zach gets me my phone and I call Luna Weston and Mario to come and see me. They all make it here. " hey guys " I say " Loren what's up and why is he here " Weston says. " yeah " Luna and Mario say. "Okay so I might have cancer and I have a brain tumor " I say to them. Weston's eyes immediately tear up. So dose Luna's. Mario walked out and started to cry. Luna hugged me and cried in my shoulder. Then she let go. "I'm going to be okay " I say. Weston walks over to me. We hug. He let's go and him and Luna walk out without another word. Zach fell asleep. Then Lorna walks in. "Hey " she says " hi " I said with no emotion. Then Mark walks in. " hey Laura " Mark says. " it's Loren" I say. Zach wakes up. " hey " Zach says. " can I speak to my sister alone Mark " I say "why can't Zach leave " Mark asks "because he already knows and I don't need this going around the school " I say. Mark leaves. I take a deep breath. "I have a brain tumor and I might have cancer " I say to Lorna. Her eyes immediately tear up and tears fall down her face. She runs over and hugs me. " I'm sorry for treating you like shit all these years I'm a dick for being like that to you " Lorna says in between sobs. " imma be okay " I say.
Zach's POV
I am dreaming of a beautiful day. With a beautiful girl. " Zach come take a picture " the blond beauty yells. " hold you're horses blondie " I yell back. This blond beauty was Loren. Then I wake up and see Mark and Lorna. " hey " I was frozen. I couldn't hear anything else but my own breathing. I'm in a dark room. With Lorna. What. Why am I here. " help " I scream. " don't worry baby I'm here now " Lorna says to me.
Loren's POV
Lorna left like 6 minutes ago then I hear Zach. " help " he says faintly. "help" I hear Zach again. The he starts to shake. I get up from the bed and put him on the bed with me. I wrap his arms around me and he is calm now. I kiss his cheek and drift to sleep.
Zach's POV
" help " I scream. " come over to me baby " Lorna yells. Why am I following her to Loren's room. " Zach look at these " Lorna holds up the razors. " that's really dangerous. Wait is that my name " I say. WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPING. Now I'm in the living room. Why did is my arm wrapped around Lorna. Loren walks in. They starts talking and blood starts to pour out of Loren's sweatshirt. " okay Lorna that's enough " I say. She looks back at me and winks then Loren's face goes pale. "I'm sorry Mr.Clayton she's gone we've tried to save her " the doctor tells me. "no she can't be " I say. " I'm sorry " the doctor walks out and leaves me in the room with Loren. Then I wake up next to Loren. She is snuggled up in my chest. Aww she's so cute
