Her first year

Chapter one : The Supplies

School supplies. Hogwarts school supplies. Such as Robes , Skirts, Tops , quills , ink , text books , that type of stuff and obviously the personal things like hair clips that your parents buy you as a ' we'll miss you ' type gift . Hermione Jean Lupin-Black was out in Diagon alley , with her parents Remus Lupin - Black , Sirius Black and Nymphadora Tonks , buying school supplies. " let's go get your robe fitting done first. That was my favourite part of my school years ." Nymphadora told Hermione as the family walked into Diagon alley , Hermione was thrilled that she was going to Hogwarts " alright!" Hermione exclaimed as she and her mum skipped to Madam Malkin's for all occasions " as much as we are going to miss 'Mione , Nymph's gonna miss her most ." Sirius stated to his Husband as they followed behind Nymphadora and Hermione  " I agree , love . I agree." Remus said causally nodding as they walked into Madam Malkin's " welcome ladies and Gentlemen to Madam Malkin's Robes for all occasions! " a old lady said from
Behind the counter who to Hermione appeared to be in a very cheerful mood. " Hello Madam Malkin ! Remember me , Nym-" Nymphadora started to say before Madam Malkin cut her off " Nymphadora ! Yes , how good to see you again , is this your daughter?" Malkin asked motioning to Hermione who was standing with Nymphadora " yes , she is , Remus , Sirius and I decided to have a child , about what,  10 years ago now " Nymphadora said with a giggle " Hello, I'm Hermione Lupin . " Hermione spoke and smiled at the lady before her and her parents " nice to meet you Hermione, starting your first year at Hogwarts I'm guessing?" Malkin questioned as she started getting she stool and measuring tape out " yeah I am, I'm excited, I love learning ." Hermione stated as she followed her parents over to the stool " good for you , now your here for your Hogwarts Robes so if you could just step up on this stool ," Malkin said as she tapped the stool with her hand " that'd be great , so then your robes will be  done .  " Malkin continued as Hermione stepped onto the stool , Malkin began her measuring . After she was done , Malkin started to make Hermione's robes and skirts as well as top " so what house are you hoping to get dear ?" Malkin asked Hermione as she cashed out Hermione's clothing " Gryffindor. Like my dads , although I wouldn't mind hufflepuff like my mum , or Ravenclaw....... Just not Slytherin. " Hermione said somewhat bitterly as the word ' Slytherin ' came out of her mouth " oh you sound just like your dad, Sirius . I remember when he came in here for his first robe fitting, I asked him that and he was dead set on Gryffindor, although he wouldn't mind the others but he hated Slytherin, everything about it and he wanted non of it ." Malkin replied as she handed Hermione her bag with her robes and things " have a good year Hermione, hope to see you back next year ." Malkin said as Hermione smiled a ' thank you ' and left with her parents.
