Her first year

Chapter three: the trio meet

" can I sit here ? Everywhere else is full." A ginger boy asked Harry as he walked into the compartment, Harry nodded " hello , I'm Ron , Ron Weasley!" The ginger boy , named Ron introduced himself " I'm Harry. Harry Potter." Harry responded , Ron gasped " as in the potter's son ? Are your parents Lily and James Potter ?!" The ginger lad asked , Harry again nodded at the sudden excitement of his parentage " your parents along with others saved many lives during the big battle years ago . My mum says that they called that battle " the battle of Hogwarts " but anyways it's nice to meet you Harry." Ron continued , Harry smiled as a small hooting was Hurd " what's that sound ?" Harry asked looking around for the source " oh , that's my pet owl , Pigwigion . I had a rat , although my dad said that it was an Animagus named Peter Pettigrew and he was hiding from you-know-who " Ron explained, Harry snorted " that's my uncle ! Peter Pettigrew is my uncle . " Harry exclaimed, his already messy jet black hair became even more so when he ran his fingers through it " has anyone seen a toad ? A boy named Neville's lost one. " a girl asked , both boys jumped " no. " Ron replied somewhat rudely to the girl , she sat down across from Harry " what did you do to your glasses ? Oculus reparo " the Girl had fixed Harry's glasses , Harry took them off and looked at them " oh honestly Harry. I've fixed them before, it's nothing new." She said annoyed, the ginger stared at her in amazement as Harry put the glasses back on " I know 'Mione but still." Harry replied, it was only now that the girl  had appeared to notice Ron , she turned to him " I'm Hermione Lupin-Black , and You are  ?" The girl asked , Ron attempted to swallow some of his candy " I'm Ron , Ron Weasley. " he said, she nodded " pleasure ." She said , and her hands instantly flew to her mouth as she saw what was in between Harry and Ron " what ? It's just chocolate." Ron said , he looked to Harry, " she has my uncle Remus's addiction to chocolate. He's one of her dads. " Harry explained and handed Hermione a huge chunk of chocolate which she took and started eating it " one of her dads ? Doesn't she ha-oh my gosh ! She's Sirius Black and Remus Lupin-Black's daughter isn't she ?!" The ginger boy was ecstatic to figure this out , " along with Nymphadora Tonks ." Harry added , Ron nodded " I'm going to continue to look for the boys road . You best get your robes on, I expect we'll be arriving soon. " Hermione said as she went to leave then came back " You have something on your nose . Just there.  " she was talking to Ron , he cleaned his nose off and with a nod of approval she left " well what'd ya know ! Hermione was right, we're here!" Harry said to Ron a while later as they pulled up at the stop and all got out , Hermione met up with the two boys and they made their way to the boats.
