Emma's POV

The hospital is letting me leave tomorrow. After 2 weeks, I finally get to go home. Killian had been in to see me everyday. He's helped me through this all. My parents came as much as possible also, and they have been a huge help. Not a day go by, that I don't think of the twins I had growing inside me. I can't believe I had lost them. I sigh as I continue to think about them.

Killian is helping pack my stuff, for when I leave. Suddenly I feel a huge excruciating pain in my stomach. I cry out in pain, as Killian rushes to my side. My parents call my doctor in the room. He tries to figure out why I'm in so much pain.

"Emma, you are in labor..." The doctor says

I just stare at him blankly confused.

"How is that possible? I had a miscarriage." I ask the doctor

"Well, one of the twins somehow managed to survive. The baby must of been hiding behind the other." He tries his best to explain

"You are going to need a C-Section." The doctor tells me

Killian and my parents are sent out of the room and into the waiting room. A nurse comes in and gets me prepared for the surgery. I am given anesthesia.

Killian's POV

I wait in the waiting room for what feels like forever. I pace around the room hoping that everything will be fine. I calm down, telling myself to have hope. I sit down and picture Emma raising a child. I half smile at that thought.

A while later, the doctor finally comes into the waiting room. He walks over to David, Mary Margaret, and me.

"Emma and the baby is fine. It's a baby girl. We will be monitoring the both of them closely, until we feel it's safe for them to go home." The doctor informs us

"Can we see them?" Mary Margaret asks

The doctor nodds, and we go to Emma's room.

Emma's POV

I'm laying in the hospital bed, holding a baby I thought I had lost. My heart had melted the first time I saw her. I just stare and smile at her for a minutes.

I hear the door opening, and I see my parents and Killian walk in. Killian walks up to me, and kisses my cheek. I hand him my baby girl. He looks at her and smiles.

"What's her name?" Killian asks

"Hope Elizabeth Swan." I reply

"That's a lovely name, Emma." My mom says

Killian and David nodd in agreement. I let out a yawn, as my eyelids start to feel a little heavy.

"You should get some rest, Love. I will watch over Hope for you." Killian tells me

I nodd, and I almost instantly fall asleep.

Killian's POV

Hope is taken to the hospital nursery. I sit outside the nursery and just stare at her. I can't help it. I already love her. I lay back in my chair and try to take a nap.

Emma's POV

I am woken up when, the doctor comes in and checks on me.

"Doing great. You should be back at home with your baby girl within a week." The doctor tells me

I am so relieved. The nurse comes in with my breakfast. Before I start eating, I have the nurse bring Hope to me from the hospital nursery.

After I finish eating, the nurse teaches me the basic of parenting: Changing diapers, feeding, burping, and ect.

Ruby comes and visits Hope for the first time. Ruby brought her a teddy bear. Ruby holds Hope for a few minutes. Belle came with her, and brought Hope a onesie.

Regina even stopped by for a short visit, after learning I was here. I hesitantly let her hold Hope for a few minutes. Surprisingly, she's pretty good with babies.

My parents and Killian bought things for the baby and set up a little nursery.

Hope and I are finally released from the hospital. Killian wheels me out of the hospital, as I sit in a wheel chair. Killian gets Hope safely buckled in her car seat.

I walk into the house carrying Hope in her car seat. Belle, Ruby, Granny, and Ashley are all there. Regina shows up a little later and only stays for a little bit.

After everyone had left. I put Hope in her crib and sit down. I try to relaxed for a couple of minutes. I yawn. I'm so exhausted.
