The ambulance carried Jake and Emily to the hospital, They were both unconscious, Jake had bruised ribs, And a broken wrist, Emily had lost a lot of blood, a broken nose, broken foot, broken wrist, Had Laryngitis from all the chocking, gloves had done, She had three broken ribs, and a chunk of glass in her lower back, that needed removed as soon as they reached the hospital. Emily was in the room next to Jake's, where they were both hooked to machines, Jake woke up first, It was 12am
''W-Where the heck am I?'' Jake stuttered trying to lift himself up.
''Jake!'' Brynn said getting to his side, ''I came as soon as I heard, Are you ok?!''
''N..No where's Em, I need to see Emily''
''Emily isn't awake yet'' Brynn said
''What happened?'' Jake asked ''Please don't lie either''
''Some caleb kid, he was trying to kill Emily,'' Brynn said
''I know that, but why am I here? Last I remember was trying to wake Emily up'' Jake said
''Oh, some ass hole smashed into your car, causing you to black out, they said you have injuries'' Brynn said

''At the police station trying to find out why anyone would break in, we don't feel safe going back yet'' Brynn said

She lied on the bed peacefully, The IV cords in both arms, the tubes up her nose for oxygen, they had her face cleaned from the blood, they had a bandage over her nose, where It broke, her nail polish was pretty well gone, her one eye purple and blue from the fight, a bit of a cut underneath her lip, a huge cut on her forehead, near the hair, and a small cut on her chin., She looked hurt, but peaceful. The nurse walked in, ''Oh, Mr. M you shouldn't be here..''
''Why not?'' Jake said
''It just isn't good for your health'' She said
''I'm sorry, I just.. I need to see her'' Jake said
''I can give you 10 minutes? If that's alright'' She said
''Thank you'' Jake smiled sitting in a chair beside Emily, the nurse came back, ''We need to attach these back into your arms''
''Ok'' Jake said as they hooked him back to the machine. He took Emily's hand as the nurse walked away, he looked at her, It made him emotional. He looked at her, and couldn't help it, Brynn looked from the hall into the room, Jake was crying holding Emily's hand.
''Please.. Emily, wake up, you cant do this, you cant leave'' Jake cried He kissed her hand, it had about 7 cuts, but he still kissed it, He leaned over and kissed her lips. ''Please do it for me, please wake up'' Jake begged, Brynn walked in and grabbed his shoulder,
''Jake lets go back to your room'' Brynn said
''No! I cant leave her!'' Jake cried ''Not when she wont wake up, if she dies, I'm gonna be by her side! Until she dies! I love her Brynn!''
