They gave me clothes to fight in, a sports bra and some shorts. I put them on with ease and walked into the ring. It was on a battlefield. I don't know why but a battlefield always helped me regain my energy. I was pulled from my thoughts when I heard a growl from behind me. Someone tried to take me from behind, but I was too quick, I ducked and pulled them over me so that they were now flat on the ground.
"Nice move," I said to Alpha Liam who was no on the ground, "Although if you want it to work, try NOT growling"
"Whatever, that was just beginners luck."
We got into our fighting stance. I made sure to analyze him before the fight began. He put most of his weight on his right foot. Most likely a recent injury on the left foot, that was where I had to hit him most. I heard the sound of a whistle and the fight began. He started throwing wild punches. I blocked all of them and swiped under his right foot, knowing that he would not be able to balance on his other foot, he fell to the ground. He got up quickly, though, quicker than anticipated and got a good punch at my rib. I stumbled back but, quickly recovered. I came back at him with a takedown and after that, he was not going to be able to walk properly for a least a couple days.
Once he was on the ground and not getting up, I walked over to him and gave him my hand. He took it and pulled himself off the dusty ground.
"So I guess this means you won't kill me?" I asked with a raised eyebrow
"I guess not," I replied with a chuckle, "so, when do you want to start training?"
"What do you mean?"
"I told you that if you beat me then you would become our trainer and I expect results so you should really get on this."
"Ok, I just need to meet who I will be training."
"Okay, you will be doing light training for the general population, but intense training for the warriors of the pack."
"Okay, I will meet them tomorrow." and with that, I left to the room I had changed in.
